Hi Srid and All,

i hope you remember my case i was really worried few days back when CIC replied me bk with same BXXXXXXXXX no. stating that this is the new file no. created by ND office. till date after that i never recvd any mail hard copy or any email communication again talking abt my 2nd AOR. Y'day for my surprise when i logged into CIC website to check my application status it shows "In Process", following is wat i see

My Name - Centralized Intake Office Sydney (CIO-S) Eligibility Review Complete
My Name - In Process

when i click on "Centralized Intake Office Sydney (CIO-S) Eligibility Review Complete" it says "We received your application for permanent residence on April 12, 2010.

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on June 24, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

and when i click on "In Process" it says "We received your application for permanent residence on April 12, 2010."

Now i am pretty confused not sure wat is happening, can someone please throw some light and help me....

Hi,

Looks like ecas status is showing "In Process" to all of us. Let us wait for a week, let things settle down and I will update the status..
Let me know your opinion.

Typically you should get med requests couple of weeks after it shows In Process. I hope this In Process is true status for some of us.

My e-case shows "In Process"

Hi Lakhvinder

Please update my information.

I received 02nd AOR on Jan.25.2010.
10 months processing time with 6 months call back time.
I checked today online status and shows the same things as others got earlier today.

Thanks
ANAND

Looks like the letter they are talking about is your first AOR. There are some errors in ecas report for many people. Just wait and see for ecas to be corrected. I think there is no mention of second AOR for anybody in the ecas report.

About your second AOR, when did you get reply to your inquiry?

Please send the details. I will add your name to the list.

Hey Congrats !
so you got it.
Wat the processing time mentioned and file number ?

Thanks Lakhvinder , srid_a.

Lakhvinder - the processing time mentioned in my letter is 10 months, and the file number is the same as mentioned in my first AOR - BXXXXXXXXX

Status in Ecas shows ' In Process', with the following details (as expressed by everyone - maybe a S/W glitch rearding medicals'

"We received your application for permanent residence on May 17, 2010.

Medical results have been received.

Your application and supporting documents were received by the New Delhi office. They are pending review. "

Thanks.

Hi All,

I have a question on how to check if our occupation is regulated. We have applied under 0111 code which falls under finance. Under finance sector there are lot of occupational titles present. when we check our title, NOC site says that this occupation is not regulated in Canada. Will this confirm that we do not need any certification?

Could anyone please advice if there are any other method to check about this?

Thanks,

Hi All !

Ecas Working !! but with an error !

I checked my STATUS IT SHOWS IN PROCESS
_____________________

We received your application for permanent residence on ************

Medical results have been received.

Your application and supporting documents were received by the New Delhi office. They are pending review.

But the Point is i havent got a medical request yet ,and it says medical results recieved ,So there is a system error .

I think they are Resolving the error in ECAS . Soon it wil be rectified .

i m happy atleast the ECAS Responded, with our Correct name and Address. thats more important

Good Luck everybody ! Hope for the best !

Frenz,
if u are viewing this url https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/redir.do?redir=app_perm_fam&lang=en&app=ecas then its a explaination of status.

I strongly believe that "In Process" status is not a error or mistake. (Assumption based on my experience in website developments and maintenance) But its an update from ND,VO.

We can expect med. soon.

Note: my e-Cas is accessible by all 3 nos. B********** ,E*********** and UCI.

well, I posted my full details in June'2010 thread. but i lost it somehwere i mean i dont know how to find it so. here I am infact at right place. I guess I have already updated my case till full documents sent on 23ed oct'2010.
I have second AOR today which has same file number as before start from BXXXXXXXXX. I still cant open Eclas. nione to guide me what can be next. My consultant told me that I will receive my medical request with second AOR which i havent so.

Dears,

I am new for this thread... I submitted my file at CIC Canada in Apr 10 and on receipt of first AOR (File No), I submitted my documents to CHC New Delhi on 15th Sept 10 and got second AOR of Documents received with new file no from CHC New Delhi on 22nd Sept 10... But after that nothing from New Delhi.

On site, status shown as "Your application and supporting documents were received by the New Delhi office. They are pending review."

I am too excited for further process. Can you pl tell me, what is timeframe for process at New Delhi.

Seniors to guide.

Dear all,

I have couple of queries on filling of forms.

(1) Form IMM0008_1e Sehedule 1 Back ground declaration.

Query on Section 10 of form :

what to write in name of institution ? College name or University name or Both ? Can i write short name of University in it e.g. IGNOU for " Indira Gandhi National Open University " ?

AND what to mention in Type of certificate or Diploma field ? What to write for Secondary & Sr. Secondary education ?

Whether only need to write Bachelor or full name of Bachelor degree?

(2) In form Schedule-3

Section-5 Lang. Prof.

Is it ok if i select high in all the field of English ? AND

Section-11 Work Exp. details

Is it necessary to write all the main duties as it is too short to write all details ?

Is it necessary to provide all main duties here ?

(3) As far as what i have understood i think i need to make 2 copies of main forms one for CIO check list & other for

New Delhi visa office check list right ?

Do i need to check Proof of Lang. section in New delhi VO check list ? as it is already given in CIO checklist ?

PCC need to be attached with New Delhi VO checklist ?

(4) Finaly do i need to pack New Delhi VO check list in seperate envelop ? & put that envelop with CIO checklist & documents ?

Or Paper clip CIO checklist & CIO supporting documents AND Paper clip NEW DELHI VO checklist with supporting documents

and Put both in Single envelop for final dispatch ?

(5) What is the best courier service from India to deliver to Canada ? Blue dart or DHL ?

Thanks in advance & need reply as soon as possible .

Regards,
Mayank

Hi all

Please note that I received my 2nd AOR from ND VO today. The file number starts with 'B' and the letter is dated 17.01.11.
The normal processing period is stated as 10 months and the call back time is 6 months.

I request the concerned to duly update my status and thank him/her for volunteering to do so.

First of all, I wish to pass on my congratulations for all those who have got their 2nd AOR.
Secondly, I wish all the best to all those who are in the pipeline and are expecting it anytime.
Thirdly, I convey my thanks to everyone in this forum for keeping it 'active' and 'informative'.

Seniors,

What to say on this??!!!

A wild guess but feeling somehow to share!!

Those who have applied in April,May ,June ( BEFORE 26TH JUNE) and submitted their full docs in October to January 2011 time-Their cases will be considered as a backlog cases for the VOs as after 26th June, docs submission rules have been changed, occupation categories are changed.SO It may happen that VOs are trying to complete the cases for those who have applied before 26th June!! and so on the ECAS is showing therefore " in process"!!They might have a plan to complete our cases faster so that they can streamline with the post 26th June cases only.

My 2 cents !! and +ve feelings only!!

Regards
Edmonta
