Lakhvinder one more thing...

Same pinch to both of us... we both are NOC 4131 n we both received our 2nd AOR dated 13th Jan... hopefully we may go together to Canada and probably land in same city... or probably we may become Teacher in same School.... Lolzzzzzzzzzz :D :D :) 8)

Thanks a lot Atul, yes my AOR is dated 13th but RPRF is dated 17th... may be that was reason for late delivery.

Hi , my 2nd AOR asked me to contact the ND VO, if I did not receive any instructions within 3 months of sending the full application.

Since, my 3 months period just completed , I have sent a case specific enquiry. I have also mentioned that they asked me to cntact if I Did not receive any instructions in 3 months..

I will update as soon as I hear from them...

MY HR team incl the sr manager, get irritated when I ping and ask them if there have been any calls for verification lol

Hi Maran,

Pls share the reply when u receive.

regards,

Hey Lakhvinder i've not understood what you have quoted:

yes my AOR is dated 13th but "RPRF" is dated 17th.

Have you received request for "Right of Permanent Residence Fee" (RPRF) also? How comes its possible that you receive RPRF alongwith second AOR.

Kindly clarify what you mean full form of RPRF?

Actually i have sent RPRF along with my complete docs and they issued me receipt for the same that is dated as 17th jan, and i think they mailed my AOR along with receipt on or after 17 th that is why it reached me on 24th Jan.

Lakhvinder ji...

You must be knowing that the Teachers Job (Teacher of any kind whether teaching in Secondary School or collage) are Regulated in Canada and one has to obtain OCT License.

Hey, even i have also not sent it along. I have asked to forum and that will surely not be any problem according to them. Only issue is it can take little more time, as we submit on passport submission stage.

hi atul,
thanks for the link, its really useful.

Na its not necessary to send RPRF at this stage but yes you can send... there is no harm and not good as well..just a time save at later stage.

Dont worry they will ask for it with medical.

Hi All,

I have a question on how to check if our occupation is regulated. We have applied under 0111 code which falls under finance. Under finance sector there are lot of occupational titles present. when we check our title, NOC site says that this occupation is not regulated in Canada. Will this confirm that we do not need any certification?

Could anyone please advice if there are any other method to check about this?

Thanks,

Hi Lakhvinder

Congrats on getting your 2nd AOR. Happy for you.

I must say I was following all those who had sent the full docs around the same time as mine, and I just seen that you have received your 2nd AOR. I have submitted my full docs on 19th Dec, and am still waiting for my 2nd AOR. A little concerned now - hope its got to do something with the NOC code.... not sure....any thoughts ...

How did you get your AOR, through post or through email....

Thanks a lot hlobo !
yours must be on the way...there is nothing to do with NOC, actually 2nd AOR just acknowledgement of receiving your complete docs at CHC.dont worry soon you will get it.It comes via regular post and that is one of the big reason for delays..it all depends on postal service at your place.
You can check at your area post office.
Wish you good luck.

I must say you are very prompt, and concerned about all in this thread. Thanks for the reply.

This forum has helped, and is definitely helping in keeping us all geared up and enthusiastic.

All the best to all of us....

Had a query - just wanted to confirm - when you check the E-cas status - what do you select

Is it "Immigration File Number" and then the number provided as "BXXXXXXXXX"
Also, we need to enter the family name as the surname - right ??

I may sound foolish to post this query, but I thought I better confirm it with seniors here.

Thanks for your response.
