FULL DOCS TO CHC NEW DELHI IN APRIL 2010

I really need your help here , please treat this as urgent request :

"As part of the medicals, one of my friends was asked to re-confirm the suspicion of heart murmur. All her regular medical tests were normal. The ECG and 2D echo tests turned out to be normal, however the TEE (trans-esophegal echo) test revealed a slight gap in the membrane, which the doctors say would require ASD closure surgery. However, she is completely normal now and would not like to risk the heart surgery at this stage (28 yrs). What are there chances of rejection if the surgery is not done now but at a later stage and they are willing to sponsor the entire cost in Canada? What is the best possible way to approach CHC on this issue? This is the last step before the PR. Please advise."

I'll share my friend's case here. His mom had knee problems. VO called them for intw and said that u have to get it treated in India before i can issue u a visa. So she got her knee surgery done. and only then they were issued visa.
It is not possible to say that u will sponsor entire cost in canada after u get PR because once u are PR u are treated at par with canadians. U get a health card and u just go to any hospital and get anything done for free.
Best way to approach is to get it corrected here.
I was told by a CIC doctor who has worked in ottawa CIC that CIC takes heart and brain surgeries seriously as they are costly, for everything else they are lenient.

Did you received any call or any letter from CHC?

Dear CBI i got a letter. the visa officer did a big mistake in my case. I score 25 in education because i have 17 years of full time education but they gave only 20 reasoning that i have completed just 15 years of full time education while i have put all my university's sealed copies of certificates.I am very upset by their carelessness. and they rejected me for the same reason. My consultant has already e-mailed to visa office about this . lets see how they response.

A query:

Do we have to submit Original Transcripts of our degree Certificates? I submitted Notarized copies though I do have Transcripts of myself and spouse in sealed envelopes in possession.
And I submitted for myself and spouse notarized copies of all educational dox.

Do we have to input the exact date of immunization given or just need to Tick the necessary column?

My case has started processing {IN PROCESS} on DEC 13-2010, they have asked me to submit proof of relationship [photographs of marriage, reception and post marriage]. I have sent them on 25th of Dec 2010. Till then no update... Waiting for med's...

This form need at the time of landing & only for kids needs to get admission in school.

Now, I have the transcripts in my possession for myself and spouse.Do I need to submit these transcripts to CHC,ND now? Or do I submit when my case turns to IN PROCESS?
Keep in mind that I have applied through a representative.

Firstly, Transcript is not necessary to submit, notarized copy will do.

I feel, do not submit your transcript unless asked by the VO.

In my case I have not submitted Transcript & I got medicals.

I am not really sure, but I feel, If you have exact date then mention it or Month & Year should be fine enough.
