FULL DOCS TO CHC NEW DELHI IN APRIL 2010

Guys I want to share a news.

I send an e-mail to CHC asking about my application status and they replied that they have already dispatched the Medicals forms on Wednesday. They have advised me to get the New Passport for Child and submit all passports and medicals in 45 days.

I am yet to receive any letters/forms via post.

So CHC is moving and we should see lot of action this tuesday

1st AOR date : 9th Feb File Transfer: 17th Feb, 2nd AOR date: 7th May

Hello Ankit, Congrats bro....... it's a great news for us . In fact I too have the same dates & NOC as yours. Even I have to take a new passport for my 3 yr old kid.

1st AOR date : 8th Feb File Transfer: 17th Feb, 2nd AOR date: 8th April..

Can you tell me what all to mention in the mail?

still CHC ND is moving like a snail ...............in NOV it will regain its glory of swiftness .............n if u april guys move on then there will be our turn ...........

The e-mail said on wednesday that we send a letter today with medical forms and passport request. We advise to submit your child passport with updated Photo as photo in passport copy submitted by you is old. You have 45 days to comply

Since you also belong to 0213, I want to ask you if you managed to get the reference letters on company letter head from the current employer? I could not get from my employer so I submitted submitting the following documents along with explanation letter:

1. Letter of employment from the current employer on company letter head.
2. Reference letters from my colleagues for the positions held and their business cards.
3. Notarized Employment contract.
4. Notarized Salary Revision letters.
5. Notarized Income Tax statements (Form 16).
6. Notarized Awards and Certificates.
7. Roles and responsibilities document from the company website.

Will that be fine? Since there are a lot of rejections now a day, it makes me a bit worried...

I think it should work fine. You could have also submitted your business/visiting card and company's id or Access card photo copy with
explanation letter, why you can not submit reference letter from your current company.

VO always listen to genuine cases and chances of rejection is less for valid reasons which are not in your control.

dear....i got my status changed 2 decision made after 1 week of in processss......
i m very much worried now....
my application is in process sonce 29 sep
but no official letter frm chc yet......
i have been already in canada in d past on student visa as u already knw.....2day i tried my student visas client id no it is showing same status as dm
but it(client id no) was not working last month.....
may b dey link my old application and dats y dey mistakenly put dm on ecas
i m sayin dis coz some guys like HIPRASHANT and others were showing dm on ecas den ecas changed again 4 dem to in process again.......
seniors plss throw some light on dis issue.......

Listen, It could be a mistake from CHC, ND..... I suggest you to send them a formal email inquiring the current status of your application.

Simply, mention your file no. and ask them if they have sent you the medical forms.... Don't mention about your ECAS.

You'll get a reply in 2-3 days and you'll know the complete picture

Thanks for the reply Malu.

I did submit the explanation letter.

My company has an office in Toronto. Last year, they send a guy to Toronto. He applied PR from there an never came back. There were some other instance apart from this. There was lot of fuss about it and after that they stopped sending people for a long term duration.

Even I would have asked my employer, they would not have give me the reference letter.

........ my case my medical reports reached CHC ND on 8th oct........ lets see what happens next.....

2. wat s the state of the similar applicants in march and may?

3. is CHC ND , not interested in such applicants anymore,

4. is CHC looking for trifle and casual reasons just to cancel their application?

I sent my full docs in July 2010, ND, in 0111.

Hi Anil,

As per the current trend going at CHC, we all feel that CHC is working based on File transfer date....

Hence if you look at the File Transfer date of all above persons like Honeyjack, Yahoo India, laklak .. it is in march 2010 & currently CHC is working on Jan & Feb dates.......

Naavy100 and myself should get update in this month for sure
