my medical is over................. i am finding it very strange that my consltant asked me to send passport by myself and rprf d/d they will send....... but in the letter it is written that all the papers must be snd altogether at one go..................
i think this is hw they work....... so thought not to interfere...... so far they have done wonderful job regarding my case so no grudges against them........... but only finding it illogical...............

i will send passport this thursday and my conultant said they will send rprf d/d and will reach chc nd by friday.........

What did you mean by -
''as it is written that for counting points , work expernces of all the NOCs whether it is in the 38 list or not is accounted for provided it is in the ministrial list of NOCs"

I am kind of confused. Is noc list and ministerial list, the same ? For ex- if a person has a total work experience of 5 yrs, out of which - 3 yrs of experience in one of the occupation listed in the 38 list (prior to June 26 2010) and 2 yrs of experience in another occupation which is not listed in the 38 list. How many points can he claim? My understanding is that he can claim 21 points. Or is it that he can claim only 19 points.

Request the seniors also to please advice on this.

i mean to say that the work experience must be within skill type O,A and B ........ and one of the nocs must be in 38 list thats all...
my case , my experiences fall under two NOCs 4131 and 4141.......... and only 4131 was in 38 list ......... now i think i managed to get 67 points so got call for medical........... hope this will help

And regarding experience counting I would like to express all the part time or full time occupations of NOC (38 )List are to be accounted for our applications as per the operational bulletin

hi Benjamin........in my case my consultant send my passports and rprf..........i find him very irresponsible.........i think it takes near about 4-5 days to reach the abovesaid documents to CHC because we send it by regular post.

dear all,,

i recived refusal letter.
it was very disapoining, stating that they are not counting my 2 yr of exp. as that was not matching with the NOC, they have considered only exp which is as per NOC which is of 18-20 months, on that ground they have given me 65points; which should be 67-69points accourding to me.

i have 3-4 years of experience out of that they had counted 18-20 months and rest they had not counted.



i also had summited the RPRF along with my file in april, so they said i will recieve back that amount.

guys help!!!!

and let me know that my fight is over or still i can reapproach for PR.

I dont have immigration consultant.
