as i informed u all that i emailed to CHC abt the status of my case, i recd below mail from them, i'm surprised to read their response,

The Canadian Visa Office in New Delhi has no record of receiving an application from you. We therefore cannot respond to your enquiry. If you sent your application to the Centralized Intake Office (CIO) in Sydney, Canada, you will need to contact that office for any update.
Please be aware that CIO Sydney will contact you as soon as they have made a determination on whether your application is eligible for processing under Canada's Skilled Worker program. If you have provided an e-mail address on your application, they will contact you by e-mail; otherwise, they will contact you by mail.
You are requested to contact the Sydney office only if you wish to:
- withdraw your application
- advise of a change in your family composition
- advise of a change in your contact information
- advise of a change in your representation (appointment, change, or revocation of your authorized representative)
- advise of a change or update to your experience (e.g. new or different NOC code) or that you now have arranged employment in Canada

is this because i've mentioned the file number provided by the CIC and not the reference number that i have recd in 2nd AOR...if they have not received my file then what i'm looking at in my ecas, why does it get change to "In Process"
i think we need to provide the 2nd AOR reference number while making any communication with them. Dont want to communicate with them further just to make things straight n simple.
