Hi every1!
Collected my PP and CPR from my agent yesterday.... dont have words to describe what I felt. Visa was stamped on 28.10.2010, and received at my agent's office on 4th Nov. E-cas changed to decision made on 3rd Nov. Also, all our original documents and exp letters were sent with the package by the CHC. Sweet success after my 5 yr long wait. Have submitted the letter for withdrawal of old file, and refund of VPF also. Will take 12 weeks max it seems.
Planning to fly in Feb end only, dont want to land with my kid in peak winter, but have started preparations already.
Thanks to all the thread members who helped me stay optimistic. By sharing our stress and fears with others, we only emerge stronger to face our problems, and more importantly to endure this long waiting at every stage patiently and with hope and faith.

Is there anyone who's employer has received telephone call from CHC New Delhi for work experience confirmation is YES then at what time? Mean after how many days after the processing starts>>>>

i am little confused about the process after sending the passports... as per the following link it might take an average 3 months for background checks... then what did they do between after changing ecas to Inprocess and before sending medical request?

normally after status changes to inprocess cic starts checking authencity of all the credentials... if satisfied medical request & pp is sent.......... but these days medical request & pp is being sent immediately after status changes to inprocess so one can assume that the first background check ( documents) is completed......... so after receiving medical and pp they starts second b/ground ( criminal , security and travel history ) if again satisfied will grant visa.........
so currently in our case they are doing second b/ground..... so can take time depending upon the travel history and other factors.....

Question from others who send forms to ND visa office.

Do i need to send the copies of the forms which i have with me (copies of originals send to Sydney)? If yes, then how i change the date and sign again becasue i took the copies after signing the forms.

Also i have got IELTS overall of Score of 6. Is that ok for consideration for 0213 profession?

All suggetions will be appreciated.

Dear All.

I need to know some points on Employment related points.

I am working as retail Pharmacist in Medical Store since 6 years.

As i have gone through all the details of New Delhi Checklist.


(1) Is it Necessary to include Business Card of reporting person ?


(2) IS is necessary give Annual Salary/Pay Package details ? As i am working in Small Medical Store so there no

such document given to me by my employer? I am getting Monthly Salary .

(3) Is it Necessary to include Reliving Letter ?

(4) Is it necessary to send 10th & 12th Marksheet to CIO ? becouse in New Delhi Check list it says only POST SECONDARY educational documents ?


(5) As my 10th MarkSheet is in HINDI as well as my Employment contract is also in Hindi ? What to do with it ? What is the procedure to submit it ?

(6) Whether Spouse Passport photo copy need to send to CIO ?


Please suggest me what are the main important documents is required from Employement point if view ?

Not really, if you have reference on employer letter head with all contact details

Yes your reference letter should have salary mentioned on it. You do not need any salary slips etc

Only reference letters are needed and they should be on company letter head and include your designation, duration of service, job duties, salary

You need to submit translated employment contract
