My verification was before Bnimsin. So it got passed more time than Bnimsin? Is that mean calling for interview of me is a high change? what do you think?7

Kindly dont take my suggestions as hard and fast rules as i am not a immigration expert,but i have been watching immigration processes since long time,as per your query i think that it depends on your vo whether he has any doubt if yes he will call you for interview and if a process moves into interview stage it takes a little long time as vo has to provide his time for the interview and there is a que in this process

According to forum and trackitt, February applicants are getting medicals.

The status will change soon as the pending lot is about to finish.

Have patience and keep praying to God.

I know most of us are very disappointed, as we have not heard anything from ND CHC yet. However, would request to those people who complete 3 months and sent status enquiry mail to CHC.

Please share CHC revert, if anyone recieved any. I am about to complete my 3 months in another 4 days. Status still show RCD BY VO

and i don't know what the hell are they doing,,,,,,,,one thing is for sure when u will send them an email u will get the revert that they are doing their stuff and plz wait,,,,so i do'nt think that could be much of a help

CAIPS would help but, it will take 35-45 days to get the CAIPS after you order

Dont worry ..I am a Feb applicant(VO:New Delhi) ..i had submitted my docs on 1st Feb and my status changed to IN PROCESS just last week i.e. 8th June but my Ecas shows that they started processing on 1st June so mine took close to 4 months - but m sure ur status will change soon - be patient - if u hv submitted the correct docs - sooner or later u will get ur visa

Hi All,

I have also got completed 3 month on 12th of June-10 and my status is "In Process" from 17th of May-10, how ever they started processing on 13th of May-10. I think I need to wait 15 days more as my lawyer/representative is Canada based. If CHC send some thing via normal post / registered post it would take normally 12 to 15 days time to reach to Canada.

Did any one experience that CHC also inform about Medical Request via mail?

Great News!

Medical Request come immediate after my previous post when I checked my email. My Lawyer has sent Scanned copies of all the Medical Instructions docs via mail. It is mentioning issuing date 1st of June-10 and received by my lawyer on 15th of June-10. My lawyer will dispatch Original docs to me by tomorrow.

I immediate called to my Friend Ranjha at his residence number and inform him about it firstly?

Ranjha Bhai check karo tuwadi medical instruction vi pahuchan wali hegi

I am having question that How much RPRF I have to paid and whose name it has to pay and in what currency it has to pay? I have to discussed about it so I request to member they are already received the medical instruction to provide their email id's or cell number so I could discussed it?

One suggestion needed, I have obtained part-time experience with a CA and he used to pay salary in cash. He gave me referrence letter and it says that i have worked for him and he paid me salary but i am worried how to impress visa officer if he asks to prove it as i do not have any salary slips or bank statements to prove it. I will check with the CA if he provides a letter stating that he was paying me in cash. Please advise what can be done.

ANd, congrats to get your medicals, at least your interview was waived. Mine is coming man.
