@Hunker
Hi,Hunker
My Case is Still Stuck.god knows what is happening.

my brother wants to File Application under NOC1111. as news written in this forum that This NOC has been removed from list. is that true?

Hello All,

I just completed my medical test today? DMP has told me that My/Children blood and urine test are o.k. and me and spouse x-ray are also quite normal. But due to some reason my spouse could able to gave her blood/urine samples today which report would be come on coming Tuesday.

My spouse was passed through Brest Lump Surgery (Which was non cancer disease) in the year 2008. And as per the doctors there is a great chance its develop again, so I get done another mammography of her from private doctor 15teen days back just for our satisfaction that its developing again or not? But nothing was there and everything was normal. That report I also showed the DMP.

DMP told that there is a New Medical Officer has been appointed in Canadian Embassy who he is very strict and can ask another test for your wife so I should not send the passports to CHC now and wait reply from them because without passport we will not be able to conduct any test if it is asked. My last date of submission of passport is 15th of July-10 and DMP will send the medical test on coming Thursday?

I am confused, what should I do? wait for Tuesday and let know the result of spouse urine/blood and if everything is normal than should send the passport. Who will decide about another tests DMP or CHC? And up to when I should wait for another more test request from CHC, and what is the surety would they will asked more test or not? If they ask more test than how it would be conduct without passport (If I send passport now)

Kindly suggest?

Send your passports as for medical furtherence they will accept photocopies of passports,i am going through this phase as i got medical furthernce letter from embassy and is getting myself examined from last 3 days, pray to god that they dont ask more medicals as it is realy very frustrating

ASH.

Need not worry.
See Sandhujatt is rite.but I would suggest that:-
As 15th July is far yet, thus wait till Tuesday.
After that ,no issue to wait at all,
And hope for the best.
Gud luck

I have download all the reports of my spouse which's sample was given on 26th of June-10. They seems all are normal. Now I am considering my mind that on Monday 28th I would first asked it from DMP about its status. From DMP side they used to send the reports on Monday or Thursday if they send it on Monday and all the reports are normal than I would send all requested docs on Monday too.

But due to some non preparation from their side and they will intend to send on Thursday than what should I do? Kindly suggest?

Thanks

hi all

these are some of FAQ in recent CIC.CA update

in the bold letters i am trying to mention that they are saying that which ever catagory is filled ,,,the applicantions will be returned after that,,,,,now what will happen to us who are aiting for medicals,,,,because we are also not in the new list and it means that we are not in demand

3. Why are you introducing a cap?

We are now receiving more federal skilled worker applications than we can process and accept each year. We have more than enough applications on hand now to fill many of our needs. A cap is the only guaranteed way to limit the number of applications we receive. Without the cap on applications, processing times will get longer and a new backlog could be created.

We will continue to admit the same number of federal skilled workers as in previous years, and in fact we believe that there will be higher economic admissions this year in support of the recovery and further reductions in the backlog.

4. Is the annual cap by calendar year, fiscal year or from the date the instructions are published?

The first year will begin on June 26, 2010 and end on June 30, 2011. Subsequent years will be calculated from July 1st to June 30th.

5. What is meant by a cap? Does that limit refer to the total number of applications received or the total number of applications processed, or the total number of applications that are successful?

The cap is a limit on the number of complete applications considered for processing. In this case, Citizenship and Immigration Canada will only consider a maximum of 20,000 complete applications under the occupation list. There is no limit to the number of applicants with a job offer. Within the 20,000 cap, a maximum of 1,000 federal skilled worker applications per occupation will be considered for processing each year.

6. Why are you imposing a limit per occupation?

We're introducing a limit of 1,000 applications per occupation to better manage the supply of applications on the occupation list. We have seen higher than expected numbers of applicants claiming experience in eligible occupations. The limit will allow us prevent an over-representation of any one occupation on the list.

7. What will happen with applications received after the cap is reached? How will applicants know their application isn't being processed?

These applicants will be informed, in writing, that their application will not continue for processing and that their processing fees will be returned.

8. How will applications subject to new instructions be processed as compared to applications subject to the first set of instructions and the backlog?

All applications subject to ministerial instructions (everything received since February 27, 2008) will be considered for processing in the order they are received.

All federal skilled worker applications received before February 27, 2008 fall into the backlog, and will be processed concurrently with the applications received since that date (and that are subject to instructions).

I feel that they will process our case as they have applied the new rule on 26th June 2010. Hence they can reject all the application received after 26th June 2010.

We may see delay in processing as they have received many cases, but they have to process as per law....
