Thanks Sandhujatt,

Can you please let me know the full process of medical? What docs you brought with you to DMP's? What docs you sent to Visa Office in single package? What about test results sent by the doctors or you? Did you send medical exam fee slip (Original or Xerox copy) with your docs to CHC? When did you send your docs to CHC same day or after DMP's when he / they sent your test results?

Did he/they let you know about test results? thats are normal or critical? Did you kept in touch with DMP's un till he/they sent your test result to CHC?

Kindly help me out to describe all the process/things?

Thanks

Dont bother just take the chc letter, your orignal passports, photograhs and medical fees.I have sent Passports,RpRF drafts,Medical slips orignal.
They will not need your orignal passports after initial examinations and if more exams are to be conducted they will be satisfied by xerox only.No need for us to get in touch with dmp as he will send them by his own and if needed contact you for further examination(very rare)

Are there any forms out of docs (medical instruction documents) which sent by CHC to us needs to include in the docs which we have to send in one packet?

As in instruction letter which I have got has been mentioned "You have mentioned 45 days from the date of this letter to prepare and submit the information and documents by mail. Please send the information in SINGLE package by mail, and return this form with the requested documents"

What is this Form?

What do you say?

Kindly suggest?

Thanks

Guys...

I found that some people are worried here regarding medicals.... See, first of all they do blood check up only for HIV and some other blood related disease.... They neither do CBC test nor they are concerned about blood pressure..... So, Just chill

@tarakrs and all who could contribute,

I know that if CHC finds anything wrong / fraud in terms of documents or any other information, it is natural that they will refuse the application....

But what if... the Visa Officers at the High Commission fail to understand the documents submitted in the application...??? Do they give us an opportunity to explain the Officers by means of an interview ??? Or they outrightly refuse the application....

At times the documents are such that the Visa Officer may not be able to interpret correctly. For instance the self employment related documents may sometimes be complex to be understood...

What are the main basis of a refusal on a PR application and how fair the assessment process is... ???

Let's all share our views which may directly or indirectly help others...

Cheers

See it depends....

In my previous application which i had filed 3 years back, the job duties were not mentioned the job offer and experience letter and the officer did not even ask for a reference letter or did not even contact my employer or did not even bother to call me for an interview and just refused me..... saying that job duties are not mentioned and my case is refused....

I would say that it all depends on your documents and also on the officer..... No matter people here say that they check applications in the same manner but, it always depends on officers too

well there are various causes for hematuria ( blood in urine). first of all clearing medicals is not as important as life itself do get this thing evaluated. well it is well possible that u may have a stone that has passed which is causing this . as while passing it may injusre the mucosal wall. well having said that there are various kidney diseases which may cause this and other causes which i think u should get evaluated in rare cases of infection u may also have the same .
so i suggest show ur self to a good doctor who can analize the thing , and getting a repeat urine examination from a different lab will also help just to cross check the result . u can email me at dr.anandsachin@gmail.com.
