According to your timelines, you guys both submitted your full applications to Buffalo at the end of last year and got your 2nd AoRs in May this year. Is that right?

How did you get your 2nd AoR so fast? Did you take any measures to make the process faster?

call the number there speak with constituency staff there and explain situation. They are very helpful nothing to loose

Hi Katydid, I didn't do anything except waiting. No clue how the buffalo distribute the 2nd AoR.

Hello YONGEEGLINTON,

when you re-submitted your application (after the whole package was returned), was it treated as a brand NEW application or BVO actually gave you instructions to avoid the line up?

i actually received request from Sydney to submit full docs on Nov 3, 2010. i did it on December 31 2010. on February 18 buffalo returned whole package asking me to correct some info in personal history which i have missed and mail them back on Feb 21, 2011 I have received 2nd AOR twice. First time on June 22, 2011 and Second time on July 7, 2011. My status on e-cas didnt change still shows Received by visa office

Just to let you know that I still have no updates... :*( its been 14months now since cic sydney transfer my files to Buffalo and no 2nd AOR for me... I'm beginning to loose hope. BTW I'm FSW2... to think I have alreay arranged or working with my employers still no response from them.. I even emailed them regarding transfer of our address and no response at all from them... :'( :'( :'(

I understand your feeling totally.

To put whom on the priority list is such a mystery. I have also emailed them multiple times about my 2nd AOR. The reply is something like "you will get it when you get it." At least it's sort of a confirmation that "your file has not been lost".

That is so weird. They even don't response your request about changing address. So stupid! Whether could you try other methods to get the status about your application, like contact your MP, etc?
