Hi koryano,

The time for you to wait for 2nd AoR, 8 months, have been over 30 weeks. Did you send any enquiry to Buffalo and whether did you get an unusual reply from Buffalo.

To Katydid.

You are absolutely correct almost no one who sent der docs after OCT 2010 hav received their 2nd AOr... I sent mine in first week of oct 2010 but never got ne response from der . nd whn u frekin email dem all they reply is that same thing abt 30 weeks ... Next week mondy i will complete my 30 weeks lets c wat happens.. I will keep u guys updated...

Hi Sanju,

Almost Six months have passed since Oct. last year. What a awful process! I really hate this speed of process. However, I guess the election in progress may probably slower the process of applications as the immigration officers possibly are engaging in it for their partisan masters.

Hope it will come back to normal after the election at the beginning of May.

Hi everyone,

Is there any update for your applications?

nope..... :'(

When we can get 2nd AOR??
At least, I want Buffalo to tell us how our applications are going...

They can't just keep quiet for that long???

chimmm

Chimm,

Agree with you. What are they doing now? election or anything else?

Pls read this. Its very disappointing and frustrating that our lives have been put on hold and we have to suffer because of CIC's poor planning. They don't care Ministrial Instructions to complete the process within 6-12 months (Feb 2008 announcement). >:(

Good morning katydid,

I am sure they are doing something everyday but WHAT are they exactly doing?!
They are holdings our applications for so long for.... what.

I hope we will be relieved by getting our 2nd AOR by buffalo.

Hi vermas,

Oh no.... :'(
What can we do now?

They should tell us how long more we have to wait.
They can't just keep hanging us like hell.lol
we have our lives, plans and things...

When looking at the CIC Application Times, it says the average time for Processsing is 17 months for Buffalo VO.

Would this be when Full docs are sent to Buffalo?

For me, this would be like Mid-October... meaning processing should be at least close to done around March 2012, Lord-willing.

If the counting time is from CIO, for me it would be since April-ish 2009... Meaning I should expect something this September.

Any thoughts?

Published 17 months is from the date of receipt of complete documents by Buffalo VO which they may not honour now as per the link I have posted with my previous post above on this thread.

Hi Vermas,

Do you know which visa office that guy, zakout76, belongs to? Is the news credible?

He is from London VO and I have no doubt in credibility of the letter.

Cheers...

If it was really a truth that would be terrible. Actually, it is a little bit like the feeling of being tricked by CIC. That's too unfair if so. I wish it would not become real. The Conservatives just won the federal election and unexpectedly gain the majority seats of the house, so it's difficult to see any significant change of immigration policies in the coming months. To be honest, I don't like the Conservatives very much because of some things they have done on the immigration business. They made an unreliable impression.
