I think London will process our cases, it seems only those cases which were inprocess before april are in islamabad and others will be transfered.
I have no information about verf call, as my job on noc list was my previous employer in a different country, i think I will never know that. did u get any call ? or do u know anyone of our timeline who has process started ?

Hi Char_Bonel / Meena / Others,

We completed our medicals on 26.04.2010

Just abit worried now incase they call for furtherance. My BP was 150/90! I was very stressed! That along with my weight problems and the DMP said its possible they will call me for furtherance.

Char Bonel - we also only recieve RPRF and Medicals initially. We have to wait for Passport request separately.

Good luck to all of us!

hi SD,

my husband during medicals had BP of 150/100. He was told to do creatinine to check kidney functions and ecg. after ecg, it was noted hes having left ventricular hypertrophy. Normal actually for athletes and those who do constant exercise. My husband exercise a lot but the doctor asked him to undergo 2d echo and was hiven meds. after a week, 2d echo was normal and BP as well. he was given clearance and all went well.

good luck to you. Additional tests will eat so much of your time if ever they request you to have some. But, its worth knowing what we can do to improve our health.

Im pretty sure, all will be good for u too.
good luck!

Hi,

CHC London, any idea how fast it is as comparision to CHC Islamabad, I have read it is also very lazy bump, but now they are doing some arrangments to move fast, lets see.

I know a person Irfan Afzal in Karachi and Afraz, have sent their docs to CHC isl in Oct'09, but so far no verification and no status update, what I observed since Sep'09 they have slow down the process at extreme. Lets hope for best to all applicants.

Hi,

Any idea about eye test, I have taken lasik surgery way back in 1998, will it be a problem for me, any idea.

Thx!

100 days but still in process

People....i need some advice on what to do next: My case details:

1. Got 1st AOR in Nov '09
2. Submitted all docs, and i mean all docs, including IELTS..in Jan '10
3. 2nd AOR 21 Jan '10
4. In process on e-cas since 1st week Feb '10
5. more than 100 days in process now, no news watsoever from the CHC
6. asked my consultant to send an email, they did, BUT no response from CHC, been 20 days now

I checked and rechecked and rechecked each n every doc before submission...i made sure i had every doc whether education or work ex or PCC.....i wrote down every minutest detail of my overseas travel....im so worried now + they are not even responding to case specific email...

What can i do now?? i really wanna know if something was incorrect/missing in my application but they wont even respond !!!! is there anything i can do???

hi jakram,

we did Snelen's chart testing. (the very common eye test with letters that we need to read.) I think your eye surgery will have no effect with your application. Youll be fine!

goodluck

Cool down VMS
I have close to similar time line as you
I also consider myself to have submitted all relevant docs with great care and check
I have had International education degrees..... qualification.... experiences....
I am in a different visa office
But the pain is same....... I waiting time length may be somewhat less than you at the stage "In process" but I am afraid it could extend like your time

Many a time I try to console myself that it may be due to visa office workload..... bcgnd chk... so and so
But when I see someone getting medicals within 1 -2 days of being In process...... gets confused... frustrated!!!
Luck really play a lot of matter in it what I beleive.... A particular VO/IO might be a factor through the playing of luck...

But at the end of day................ nothing to do on our part other than have to wait!!!! wait.............. and wait....................................

Lets hope and wish for each other

Hi Char_bonel,

thanks for the encouraging words! I am hoping all goes well! tell me - did your hubby have to do ECD immediately or did you get a medical furtherance. the DMP that we went to was in a big hurry so he did not ask us to do any ECG or anything. So, i am just worried that we are wasting time now waiting for medical furtherance. But i have booked a cardiologist appointment for myself in a couple of weeks - whether they call for furtherance or not - i want to be prepared and ready instead of wasting more time!

Take care
SD

I am still waiting for any update now from London office, I submitted docs to Islamabad in Jan 5, 2010

Hi guys,
Can someone create a table for all applicants who sent full docs in January, so that everyone can better follow the progress of January 2010 applicants. This will also give those of us from next months to have a better idea what visa offices are doing. Thanks.

Hi Khalid,

I think only you and me are from Pakistan on this thread.
Well dont you worry, the changing policy will definetly give us benifit, I hope upto October'10 we will get some positive news.

What about your Off-Verification?

Also update your NOC code in your signature.
