Hi folks,
I am about to submit my documents. But after I got AOR, I have come across couple of changes like in my marital status and employment. So I'm wondering if anybody has idea about whether I should be submitting the same forms (photocopy) that I submitted to CIO initially and write a letter reflecting the changes, or, I should fill up the new form with letter reflecting the changes.

Your feedback would be highly appreciable.

during my initial application,my consultant saved a copy of the forms with info written and i too had some changes wen submitting forms to local visa office.i just erased the old info and changed it and indicated explanations for all changes and had it notarized.

Hi All,

I submit my full docs to CHC New Delhi on 14th Jan'10 and I received my AOR on 22nd Jan.

Now I am just praying and crossing my fingers.

i guess there is a wait time of ateast 3-4 weeks for any update from the time of ECAS update stating "received by visa office"....
 
ur correct on that ARK.

im giving myself till middle of next month to recv aor

how is the aor from the local visa office recvd?is it through postal mail or email?

i had sent full docs on 2nd dec 2009 today my ecas changed to received by visa office but i still need to get AOR with new file number.

I have send my complete application on 22jan'10 to CHC Isl, so when I should expect the AOR with new file number.

And uptill when I expect the job verification call or visit.

I am confused b/w AOR and PA, how they send the AOR, through email or ordinary mail or courier.

Is Job verification done b/w AOR and PA phase.

Today my e cas status has changed to RECEIVED BY VISA OFFICE, I sent docs to islamabad chc on 5th Jan 2010 but no AOR yet
Hope chc will start working faster

hi khalid,

how did u check ur ecas RECVD BY VSA OFFICE with no aor from local canadian office.did u use ur first aor from CIC?

If you provided email address in your application it will be by email. AOR is Just an acceptance then processing starts and after processing you get PA.
 
My status changed to recieved by visa office.

Documents were recieved by CHC delhi on Jan 13th, 2010.

Status change today...
