Full day Hearing Notice Refugee Canadian

Hello All,

Our hearing was canceled literaly the same morning we were gonna do our hearing as our lawyer received a fax from irb saying: member is asking the MINISTER to get additional details from our very first interview given at canada-usa border with RCMP when we entered Canada back in 2019, As well as DS160 Form (american visit visa application),

However, The Minister did provide all those details from usa and rcmp and said he is satisfied with this info.

Also, We were given a hearing date, hearing is coming up next month (FULL DAY HEARING). Fox with info please advise what should we expect ,, hearing postponed again? NOD without any hearing now that the minsiter is satisfied....?!?

Very unlikely that you will get a decision without a hearing. No reason to think your hearing won't go ahead this time.
