According to info from my friends, one application submitted at London office and another at Shanghai office received OPR.

Full Approval Received in UK and China

The OPR at London office is for Centennial College. The DLI for that of the Shanghai office is unknown.
Its not me. But the friend who applied at UK submitted her application on June 20th.
Let's hope that next week brings good news. There's no point allowing international students to enter Canada when they don't have study permits. Will they vanish to the country?
In case if it's right, it means IRCC is approving irrespective of whether your DLI is on the list or not? Doesn't make any sense of having a list then. What do you guys think?
It's probably the first/second case who got approval through AIP stream. More yet to follow to confirm if they've really started sending the final approvals (just like it happened in case of AIPs). In case if you know others please share.
Personally, I believe we can expect approvals after 20th.

Hey hold in there. We are in the same boat. It's been over a year since I've been pursuing this, pushing other things aside. I can understand how frustrating and agonizing this all process is. Specially when your friends going to EU get visa within 2 weeks.
Did she submit full application on June 20th with biometrics? I submitted my application early June but Biometrics on 1st of September.
