You have to wait, till CVO completes its issue of PPR. Currently CVO is issuing PPR, even today they have issued PPR's to some applicants.

They have issued around 39 PPR's out of 70 in 2- 3 weeks time.

We may expect issue of PPR from Warsaw only in the month of March 2015.

"Hoping good news" is only thing we can do now .!

What should i understand from your timeline? It doesn't even sound right, please correct the dates for better understanding, it seems you applied in February 2014 and file was transferred in January 2016, highly unlikely, your dates seem erroneous.

He filled application in October 2014 and in January he got File number, AOR in Feb-2015 ,I think so.
