I am part of this group, case processed in Warsaw office.
I have landed successfully last week at Toronto. The process was very smooth and quick. By the time I reach immigration counter after 10-15 mins of landing, the que was over.
I didn't carry any list of goods. One form was given in the flight where you need to declare about goods you are carrying. It's a simple form. The question are about fruits vegetables, commercial tools, money more than 10000, liquor, visiting farm. If you tick any questions as yes then you have go through customs check. I had declaration about money more than 10000 as I was carrying demand draft of 14000 and cash 1500 as proof of funds. They just got one form filled with demand draft details and got it signed by me. They would ask if you have any goods to follow. If no then you can come out.

PR process was also very simple, they ask few simple questions and ask you to check details on COPR. Sign the COPR and give it back. Then you can get SIN in next 5 mins.
I was done in less than an hour. Next day I got the landing done for my son at nigara border which also went smoothly.
