You are right bro. That's my observation too ! In my case, it's been 129 days since MR, 107 days since TLU and 84 days since the hard copies of PCC (3 countries), RPRF fees paid receipts and change in passport copies (all for self + dependent family members) sent to WVO and still waiting for the DM/PPR...

I had raised CSE on 07-Sep-15 and received the response on 10-Sep-15 that "the processing of your application is pending background check completion. You will be contacted as soon as we are ready to communicate further requirements or final decision."

Any insights what does it mean ??

Don't worry. (I know it is easy to say. I had gone through the same situation as yours..just few weeks back )...
As far as I know, there won't be any issues after TLU... I had 4 PCCs and indeed I submitted them after 30 days
of deadline. I wrote cover letter asking for time but officially I didn't get any extension...but in the end it was through
that we got our visas without any hassles.

So, my guess is that CIC is waiting to get reply from with 3rd party agencies who are actually doing security checks.
Once that is done, your PPR is just around the corner....

Hie guys! I needed some suggestions. I have been working with hdfc its been 8 mths now and because I have got my visa I need to leave this job nd before that I have 13 mths exp in some other privatd sector bank. Will my experiece (as,an assistant manager operations) here at hdfc benefit me in finding a job there in canada. Looking forward to your kind suggestions. Please help as I hv to serve a 3 mths notice if I need experience letter from here. Please guide

It's true that it is getting tense with each passing day. My ECAS is still in the three line TLU format. Is there anybody else with same format. Hope there is light at the end of the tunnel!

Don't to worry b'coz mine also same format (only 3 lines) until PPR received

After it has changed to six lines along with Decision Made.

Congratulations for PPR. Yours case almost took more than 90 days after TLU. Did the VO asked for any additional documents post TLU which could have delayed your PPR.

Only Indian PCC submitted along with application.
