FSWP2014 Applicants from India with files transferred to Warsaw visa office.

Hello everyone

I am really confused as to where to settle in Canada, Primarily thinking to settle in Vancouver but exploring other options like Toronto, Edmonton, Calgary & Winnipeg..

I don't have any relatives or friends in any of the cities mentioned, so all the options are open. Pls help me with some sites or information which would help me in deciding.

hi Chirag yes it will affect our timing but ur background check is completed I am 100 percent sure that at the end of this month u will get ur visa

I am mechanical engineering having 7+ years of Sales & Marketing experience for engineering companies (In India), planning to start classes on CAD Mechanical software bcz i want to switch my line from marketing to design. My wife is MBA (finance) +CFA having experience in equity research. We are planning to land Toronto in end of January. Just want to know that is it right choice or we have to rethink over our landing city.

It's the other way...

My background checks are still pending (pending background check completion), as per their email reply. In your case, it is pending for the review and so looks like yours is already done

Anyways, thanks for your wishes... I wish that everyone gets their DM/PPR asap and end this painful wait

Hi canfsw,

I too had a change in my passports + my two kids' passports were also changed. All these, alongwith the PCCs from 3 countries were sent to WVO and they received it on 29-Jun. So yes, it could be possibly the reason for the delay.

Also, yesterday I spoke to one of my close friend in Canada and he said that there are some Pan Am / Parapan games going on... So possibly they are loaded with other visa requests that might also delay our processing

I think this month they should take some speed, perhaps on pending cases !

For the two CSEs ive raised in the last week, i got two different replies (although the meaning of them is same!)
1st one
Dear Applicant, Your application is under review. We will be in contact with you in due course.

2nd one (latest)
Dear Applicant, Please be advised that your application is under final review. You will be contacted as soon as we are ready to finalize the processing of your application.

Cant make head or tail of it.

My TLU is on 2nd June. How long does it take to review? My file is pretty simple without any complications/ or criminal background.
Worked in world class organizations at decent posts - references are available in plenty to do a b/g search. My linked in is updated with scores of professionals recommendations from Superiors and peers i worked with throughout my career.

I guess that certain files of Sept are kept aside for quality check pruposes - and unfortunately mine is one.
I hope that Warsaw officers/ CSIS see some sanity in this mess created and correct the situation.

HI Rahul,

Exactly my case look like yours, I also got MR on May-9 Intimated WVO about the impending birth of our child, they said we could wait until after the child was born, and then get the medical tests done together.
2. My daughter was born on June 30th. Got her birth certificate and passport done, and submitted the documents and updated application form by July 21.
3. Received medical request for new-born on July 29th.
4. Got the medical tests done for entire family (self, wife, daughter) on August 10th. Medical reports uploaded online on August 11th.
5. Absolutely nothing since then. :'( :'( :'( :'(


Today is exactly 1 month for my medicals But Still not TLU or DM :-\ :-\

I am from Bangalore but i have done my medicals in Hyderabad GYD hospital.

does ur ecas is in old format or u have those 6 7 lines in ur format?
u raised ur cse to poland or new delhi??
