Hi,

I got PPR day before and was told to submit passports to New Delhi visa office via VFS New Delhi.

Since I'm currently residing in South Africa, I raised a CSE with Warsaw to request if I can get passports stamped in South Africa itself. But, I haven't received a response from them as yet.

So, my question is, do I need a response from warsaw to do that. Or I can just contact visa office in South Africa for stamping?

Any help is appreciated?

Hi everyone, can someone tell me about upfront medicals for FSW2014.
I still haven't received my MR, however for work related reasons i have decided to do upfront medicals.

Can someone tell me if either of the two authorised DMPs in Mumbai do eMedicals?

Also usually the IME number is used by the doctor to upload results, in my case since there is no IME, how will they link my upfront medical results to my application?

Who will the doctor send the medicals to? will it be NDVO or Warsaw? My original VO is NDVO but transferred to Warsaw.

Would appreciate feedback on this.

Also photographs for medicals, i believe DMPs who have eMedicals click pictures at the clinic itself, or do we have to take our own photographs?

Yesterday was pretty subdued in terms of activity from Warsaw VO.
Lets hope the last day of the week ends with something to look for in the weekend

Raised CSE last week and got the below reply from WVO.

"Please be advised that your application is under final review."

Is there any one got the same reply and when can I expect DM/ppr

Frankly speaking, I do not know about upfront medicals process how it exactly works, however a friend / one of the forumite named 'darshmodi' (you can search him on this forum) had done upfront medicals.

In Mumbai, Lilavati hospital in Bandra (W) has eMedical facility. You need to call them (+91-22-26751000, +91-22-26568000) and take an appointment.

There is no need to carry your pictures as they will take the pictures at the time of your medicals.

From what i know, once you land you have to apply for PR card, you receive that from anywhere between 2-4 weeks. Without it its better to not leave the country, as without it you cannot enter the country again. SOmeone from your family can hand carry it with them to the place you will reside at while your family stays in Canada. But as i said you need the PR card to re-enter.

If my information is erroneous, please someone correct it.

No, I am not sure where he did his upfront medicals from. My application is still in process. Awaiting DM/PPR, but not seeing anything yet
