Hi pradeep84, my timeline is almost similar to your, medicals updated on ecas on 28 July & DM on 26 August... Still waiting for PPR God knows when are we going to get it, but surely we'll get in few days,.. All we need to do is to be patient & hopeful

Yes, I got the TLU in my ECAS on 28 July and Decision Made on 28 August.. now eagerly waiting for PPR.

Thanks Harry for giving clarity on DM and PPR . It helps. Cud you share your views on to these points :-

1. Why in some cases it takes more than 2 weeks (sometimes a month) even after the decision is made . As I understand DM after Medical, PCC etc means everything is through so it should be just about the documentation and communication to the applicants.

2. Some files have been transferred back to Delhi, Does it impact in any way?

Hi,

Regarding your first point , as I have quoted experts earlier, do not reply on the ecas status only as it has little significance. Your correspondence with the VO is the main source of info about your application.

On your second point, I am also looking for answers. I guess certain background checks, which WVO is not able to do, are getting transferred to Delhi. Do you know anyone whose file was transferred from WVO to NDVO after medicals?

If someone fly to Toronto through Air France or KLM airline with one stop option, does he/she require transit visa at Paris Charles de Gaulle & Amsterdam ? Is there any connection b/w transit visa requirement & flight halt time i.e halt time is more then transit visa is required ??

This is really a great news for all who are waiting for MR/PPR/DM... This clearly shows now we can send an email to VO or call CIC after our 11 months after our processing time for India applicants get over. Now I can also call them after 21st Oct'15 regarding my PPR email status... WOW..
