I submitted below documents at VFS

1. Passport
2. photocopy of the letter which I received from visa office
3. 2 passport size photographs ( mat paper , in which I mentioned the details of the photographer along with date and stamp )

Hey Sunakshi,

No I did not apply as a single Applicant, My wife is also included and later there was a change in family composition with birth of a baby girl for which I have already submitted documents to them and based on that they sent MR forms for my daughter also. My MR date was 9th May 2015 and My Daughter MR date was 28th July, 2015 .MY TLU got updated on 23 May , 2015 and report for my daughter were submitted on 3rd Aug, 2015.

They did not ask for updated proof of funds from me along with Medical but asked for PCC and RPRF. Yes I have also read that few files were transferred to NDVO but I personally feel that there might be some reason for the same. Don't worry you will get your DM/ PPR soon.

and with medicals they asked for pcc or updated proof of funds?
from me they asked for funds and my pcc was sent with the application.
i m worried bcoz i guess there are very few who have been asked for funds.
and do u have any clue of what people are saying on other forms also that files are sent back to delhi

My timeline is below:

Visa Office: NDVO (Changed to WVO) | NOC Code: 2172

Initial App Filed : 29-May-2014 | Rejected/Returned: 15-Oct-2014 | Reapplied: 05-Nov-2014

CC Charged: 08-Jan-2015 | PER: 30-Jan-2015 | AOR: 24-Feb-2015 | SLU: 17-Apr-2015

Med Req: 06-May-2015 | Med Done: 11-May-2015 | Furtherance Request: 29-May-2015 | Re-Med Completed: 13-Aug-2015


My ECAS is in the "new" format, so the traditional TLU of "Medicals have been received" would be 6th line for me. However "Medicals have been received" has not been updated yet even though I have successfully completed re-medicals on 13-Aug and hospital has updated the same on 17-Aug.

My question is: Has anyone in the forum received TLU recently? If yes then when was the medical done? Any thoughts would be helpful.

Did you mention the UCI number of your son in the student visa application??

My advise is that all though they already have the information about your son but there is no harm in informing them.

Hi everyone,

I checked my application status today after almost 10-15 days. It is decision made, but I don't know when it was changed. I have not yet received any mail.

My son who is dependent child in my application has just gone to Canada on student visa 2 days back. Do I need to inform Warsaw visa office about it. I had informed about student visa application while submitting medical information sheet that we have applied for student visa.

Pls advise if I should inform them that student visa has been approved and my son has gone to Canada.

How to do VFS tracking?? Ad how does the VFS tracking number looks like??
Actually my passport was submitted to VFS chandigarh by my agent ad they have provided me the tracking no which does not fit into the tracking column on VFS page ...
