Sorry to hear that much time delay. My question is has Warsaw VO been involved in your case at all during file transfer or is it direct file tranfer from CanadaVO to NewDelhiVO ( have you received meds request mail NDVO)?

My original VO was New Delhi but file has been transferred to Colombo. i received MR from Colombo only.

Now the real concern is where to submit passport. My visa office is new Delhi and i am in Malaysia. Contacted Singapore visa office and they told to contact Warsaw. Checked with Warsaw they said " follow instructions in the PPR email" . Raise CSE with New Delhi however no response from them.

Any help in this regard much appreciated.

Your case is similar to one of our brother in this thread. Try to stroll back few pages and find out the details of him and message him. I vaguely remember that he was successful in submitting his pp to Singapore office while residing in Malaysia. He also got negative response from warsaw and no response from delhi..
