So u got ur tracking information from fbi after 9 weeks?

Welcome! You don't get tracking number but you keep calling their no: +1 (304) 625-5590.
After approx 9 weeks once they start processing your file they will ask your personal details and let you know status including finger print acceptance and mailing status. Till that time(within 9 weeks) they will only tell you details like date of files being opened and date being processed.

Yes. I submitted PCC for India and USA. You know how long it can take in case of multiple PCC's

Now this looks very interesting - 105 days from medicals but no PPR mail. Did you submit all your PCCs along with medicals and RPRF or some PCCs was submitted at a later date? If so, then when did you submit your PCC(s)?

I submitted my Fee, Medical and PCC(from India and USA) at same time. my TLU was on 24th April 2015. No update since then.

I just read about Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA) on CIC website: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/visit/eta.asp

Seems it is not applicable to PR applicant. Thought of confirming.

First of all, for tatkaal passport, you'll need letter from designated authority.

Secondly, wvo and ndvo knows the Passport Number. That is why they ask for passport copies at the time of Mr mail.

So, even if you get a new passport tomorrow itself, its of no use unless wvo approves it. So , raising CSE is the only option.

Thanks BLUESTONE I confirmed from authority that in case of minor and in case no change is there in any particulars then Tatkaal Passport can be issued in a day or two only so please advise should I go for same and what will be the effect in case I submit new passport along with old passport directly without raising CSE . New passport also got old passport number and in any case to get 6 months validity no other option left except renewal . So please advise is it acceptable to for NDVO to Submit a new passport along with old one without raisin CSE .

I know the e-mail and have received PER and AOR on that too.
The reason I am asking is my MR has not yet come and was wondering if it was a e-mail problem.

Also, I read someone got MR by postal mail too, that has not come to me either.

Registered email is where you got your PER, MR requests.
If your consultant got all these details, then his email is registered.

When you renew the Passport, new one has a different passport number.

And even if you submit new plus old passport,which I doubt VFS or NDVO will accept, visa office will accept only that passport, copy of which was given to wvo. Plus it has to be valid for at least 6 months.

So, in my opinion, safest way is to raise CSE.

This was my opinion. I might be wrong but this is what I think is the most logical solution.
