I don't think that overseas pcc can be the reason for delay . I hv never travelled any country even then waiting for ppr/ dm since 7 june

You will get your ppr in a week. Atleast there are ppr's for applicants with Indian pcc. I haven't seen any ppr for applicant's with three or more pcc's, specially pcc's from middle east or African countries.. Surely there got to be a link btw pcc's and ppr request.

Mine is also JC but s/he forgot that full form of JC is Jaldi Chhodo.

I think you are right ahmedmud,, might be this is the readon as we havent seen any ppr coming on the way in last few days with overseas pcc,, even i have an australian pcc sent with the medicals ,, so all we can do is wait ,,
