What I feel is that our files are pending because Warsaw office might be waiting to get go ahead from Delhi VO because Delhi VO might be busy in issuing visas to peoples who have applied in the the month of September and October. Once Warsaw Vo will get green signal from Delhi Vo then only they will send the PPR/ DM to all the pending files.

If that is the case, no one should have got PPR / DM.

WHy is it only May 9th and May 13th alone are held back?

If there is a permission required from Delhi, then it should have been common for all applicants (With due respects to all applicants).

Even mine also. My medical rwq. Came on 20 may. I got my medicals done on 27 may amd my tlu was on 5th may. Sinve then no update. I dont know whats holding up waesaw embassy guys to issue us ppr n dms...

Quite possible. We will also have to consider that NDVO is now also burdened with student visa's to process. As majority of the students will be pushing for September intake. I think that will be having an impact on the speed. VO will give first preference to stamping student Visa's.

Hi H singh , only thing I want to say is do not worry.If u have not heard anything from them .,so I assume all is well as they say "no news is a good news".had there been any problem they would have contacted you or mailed u or requested documents.this is their way of working n we have seen it now.You are not alone I am here waiting for MR since 11 April and there are many more. It will come for sure. I feel its just around the corner.do update me wen u get it. Goodluck !!

Its true,In the case of DDs,which were sent to warsaw and payable at Canada.So I think it may take some some to clear the amount.

I WANT INFORMATION AS HOW TO SEND FEES TO WARSAW AS I GOT EMAIL IN WHICH THEY SAID THAT THEY DO NOT ACCEPT FEES THROUGH CREDIT CARD .ACTUALLY FEW DAYS BACK I SEND FEES OF 150$CAD BY DD FROM SBI BANK ON WHICH THEY MENTIONED FOR TORONTO CANADA BUT THE WARSAW SEND EMAIL THAT THEY CANNOT ACCEPT IT AS THE ADDRESS OF BANK WHERE IT IS SUPPOSED TO ENCASH IS NOT MENTIONED THEY HAVE ASKED FOR NEW CHEQUE I AM NOT AWARE WHAT SHALL I DO AND HOW THEY ASK FOR RPRF I MEAN WHAT THEY WRITE IN MAIL.

Draw a DD from HDFC or ICICI banks as they will issue the draft from a Canadian bank (as they have tie-up). Also get the draft payable at Poland (OR) Warsaw. This draft will be handled by the issuing canadian bank's branch at Warsaw. No need to go to Canada for en cashing.

Hi all,,

Some details regarding the security screening before DM/PPR,

1) security screening is sent in batch and received in batch. They don't send requests to CSIS in between. IF it didn't make it, the file is waiting the next batch dispatch.
2) due date on CO desk. The CO can bring forward the file when security screening is received or wait until due date. Totally up to him/her.
3) when finally CO marks all assessments as completed the file is queued for final review by IPM. And that is a long line.

To sum up, if you are lucky, the file moves quickly. If not, all of the aforementioned combined can delay your decision made(DM)/PPR by 60-100 days or more. (source - diplomatru, expert member)

So, hold on guys we all will get DM if our security screening is clear.

Ndvo is very much overloaded these days as when i went to vfs for submitting my pp that lady told me only that one office is getting 500 applications daily for visas think about rest of country ..... Once they clear then warsaw will proceed the process ONLY ALL SHOULD stay calm and trust that waheguru
