1. Scan all pages , including blanks, they want to verify if you really have 2 blank pages.
2. No need to do notary, they only want to see your passport virtually. I did not do notary, nor its mentioned in MR mail.
3. List of your content is ok, include a cover letter to describe what all is included in the package. Fill up the RPRF with your UCI, DOB and address as in your application.
4. 3 passports can be compressed in 4 mb easily. Scan at 150 DPI, then print using a PDF printer , I used 'dopdf' , again choose 150 DPI while printing PDF.
I personally scanned and sent email, and also sent the full package by DHL.

Manu - I think all ur points are ok. But just one point of doubt here...do we actually need to send blank pages copy of the passport? I did not scan that and send...in fact I am not sure how many ppl have sent it...can u and other members please check and reconfirmed.

Also I have just sent the scanned copies and not the hard copy by courier to WVO...NO WHERE in the email they mentioned about sending both scanned copies and hard copies...

My TLU was done exactly after a week of appearing my medicals...

Please suggest and answer my queries.

Yes, I had spoken to a friend of mine who has a corporate account with DHL. He will be arranging my passport pickup after WVO sends me the email. DHL said the charges vary but I will let you know the charges soon.
Yes, WVO will send the passports back to current address as on Ecas.


Have you sent your passport .I do received same email from WVO ,I am currently residing in gulf region , please share your sending experience by commercial courier.

Secondly on your PPR email did they gave the contact person and phone no. as courier companies need this info to accept the courier and for picking it back from warsaw.. Pls let us know.. Thanks..

Hi Saurabh, WVO did not mention any contact person in their email. I have sent couple of packages to WVO before and every time DHL takes note of the words "Immigration Section" and the phone number in WVO address. It works fine.

If u have sent only hardcopies of your pp then its fine , no need to send the same , kindly ensure u must have the proof of delivery of your documents, in warsaw embassy it is mentioned to follow one type of communication either by mail or courier, but still if u want to be sure then u may raise cse to confirm if they have received your docouments,

On 6th Jun my TLU got updated in CIC site... It was a great news for me... Now eagerly waiting for PPR/DM on CIC site..

"Please send a copy of all pages of the valid passport(s) for yourself and your accompanying family members by mail, courier or e-mail to warsaw-im-enquiry@international.gc.ca." This is the excerpt from email.

Hard copy not compulsory from courier. Soft copy is sufficient.

Hi, You need to send all the pages of passport including blank one, you don't need to courier them email is enough. Courier is only required for the original documents like PCC.

They have very clearly mentioned all Pages. copypasting hereunder

Please send a copy of all pages of the valid passport(s) for yourself and your accompanying family members by mail, courier or e-mail to warsaw-im-enquiry@international.gc.ca. If you are submitting via e-mail, scan your passport pages in PDF or JPG format. Our system will accept attachments up to 4MB only. If you need to compress your documents, please do so in ZIP format (this is the only format accepted by our system). The passport should be the passport that you intend to use to enter Canada. Please note that the passport should be valid for at least six months and contain at least two blank pages at the time of visa issuance. Ordinary passports are the only type of passport into which a permanent resident visa may be inserted. Diplomatic, official and special passports are not acceptable. Please do not send the original passports unless requested to do so.
