Till when one need to keep the funds in one's account. Would it be fine If I can withdraw funds once medical is done? I want to use my funds.

Mere 3 mm extra chin to crown measurement won't be a Problem but still Please do not take chances on the specifications that they have mentioned. I think you should try with another photographer . BTW VFS for Canada high commission has started services in Nepal from June 3, 2015 . So you can send your passport through them. Its cheap, safe and official passport carrier for VAC Canada in Nepal.You will need to make an appointment before submitting your passport to them in Maharajgunj, KTM . However traveling to New Delhi in person will save your time as they have mentioned to issue visa the same day if u happen to submit your passport in the morning hours.

VFS will take max 10 days for returning your passport in KTM . But first wait for your PPR ,weigh your options and act accordingly .

I will have to ask the photographer or his designer to resize the photo (reduce face size by 3 or 4 mm) and then reprint the photos; this way I do not need to change the photographer. By the way, do you have the contact information of VFS Nepal's new office at Maharajgunj, Kathmandu? In the case of resuming of VFS office, I would opt for sending passports via VFS office than flying and submitting passports in person.

Do share details :
- on how you send the passport to Warsaw - I didn't send the passport to Warsaw. My PPR email stated that I send it to New Delhi

- Which courier was used? - I used VFS

- How did VO inform you about the passport pickup? - VFS has an SMS service which informs you that the ppt are enroute from New Delhi

- How did you co-ordinate the pickup of the passport from VO from India? - through VFS

- How did you pay for the return courier? - VFS charges for both to n fro services

- Did the VO send the track details for the return courier? - VFS has thir tracking I'd which is used to track in the VFS website. VfS uses blue dart services and hey hVe their separate tracking I'd which is not given. I called th VFS Canada helpline once I received the email n SMS informing me that my ppts have been processed. VFS number - 022-67866002

They do not check for HB, I received a copy of the blood test from my hospital and HB was not mentioned.

We got Passport stamped last month with validity until first week of Dec 2015 for my family.

I have query here
1) Is it require whole family to travel together? Or Main applicant can go first and then rest of the family can join before first week of Dec.
2) My son passport is valid until 5th Dec 2015. it has one Singly entry Canada visa stamped stamped last month. will there be any issue in travelling or ticket booking because his passport would be valid for a period of less than 6 months.
3) Can I renew my son passport now? Would there be any issue in flying then with new passport.

I am also planning to send via email, so is it be possible to compress them with in 4mb(keeping in mind all blank pages of passports, we are 3 members) .
2. Can my sister which is in Australia pay rprf fees online through her credit card.. Means will she be able to send the fee receipt via email or receipt will need to be printed on the spot while making payment?
3. So overall courier package will include
a) medical receipt which doctor gives after medical.
b) rprf receipt
c) passport (all or bio) pages,,,,,, notarized or not (any covering letter, please share contents... .
4.for email scanned copies of above three(a, b, c) under 4mb...
Is it OK... . Kindly seniors suggest.. .

1. Scan all pages , including blanks, they want to verify if you really have 2 blank pages.
2. No need to do notary, they only want to see your passport virtually. I did not do notary, nor its mentioned in MR mail.
3. List of your content is ok, include a cover letter to describe what all is included in the package. Fill up the RPRF with your UCI, DOB and address as in your application.
4. 3 passports can be compressed in 4 mb easily. Scan at 150 DPI, then print using a PDF printer , I used 'dopdf' , again choose 150 DPI while printing PDF.
I personally scanned and sent email, and also sent the full package by DHL.

Hi guys ppr from sgvo but vfs / cvac needs my file sharing to Sydney consulate by sgvo first. So I raised cse no response yet!due to short of time and being in abroad I am going to send my passport by courier and planing to get back in post office address.do u know how the visa office send my passport is it by any prepaid return courier service? Again is it track able? How can I be sure that they are sending my passport back? Any chance to get email? If missed any way what to do then? If not received where it would be?
