- Which courier was used?
- How did VO inform you about the passport pickup?
- How did you co-ordinate the pickup of the passport from VO from India?
- How did you pay for the return courier?

It says "3. Medical results have been received."

Now the wait for my FBI PCC starts !!

Does it mean that WVO is working on Saturdays also or has it been updated last on Friday night and next date is expected only on Monday night or Tuesday morning onwards?

Regarding passport submission they will simply ask to submit passport to visa office in person or via VFS. Passport received between 9 am to 11 am will be returned the same day in the afternoon from Monday to Friday and passport submitted from 1 pm to 3 pm from Monday to Thursday will be returned the following day. That's it

How about size of the photo from crown to chin? We did our photos accordingly today. But it looks that my crown to chin measures exactly 30mm but my wife's around 33mm if we consider the whole hair upwards. Will this work or should we re-print her photos??

Humble Request. Pls refrain from giving suggestions/advices of which we are not sure of. If in his PPR mail it is mentioned that the passport needs to be sent to warsaw, how come he can travel to delhi. Other members (with current address outside india) have posted getting requests to submit passport to warsaw and they have successfully had their visas stamped.

Yes, its seems that it is good to send passports to WVO with commercial couriers as mentioned by WVO in email to Casey_R. I hope pre-paid commercial services should be fine in such case.

Hi Gurpreet & Saurabh, Agree with you. We have to follow the VO PPR email instructions on where to send our passports.

Hi Casey_R, chugh.gurpreet and Saurabh113, my humble apologies on my suggestion. But you never know, NDVO might stamp visa if you submit in person as it's not illegal. But, since WVO has asked to courier via commercial couriers, it is good to do so. Isn't there VFS service from China to Warsaw (this question is for Casey_R)??

Mere 3 mm extra chin to crown measurement won't be a Problem but still Please do not take chances on the specifications that they have mentioned. I think you should try with another photographer . BTW VFS for Canada high commission has started services in Nepal from June 3, 2015 . So you can send your passport through them. Its cheap, safe and official passport carrier for VAC Canada in Nepal.You will need to make an appointment before submitting your passport to them in Maharajgunj, KTM . However traveling to New Delhi in person will save your time as they have mentioned to issue visa the same day if u happen to submit your passport in the morning hours.

VFS will take max 10 days for returning your passport in KTM . But first wait for your PPR ,weigh your options and act accordingly .

Hi, VFS service is available in China but in the email sent by WVO, they have explicitly mentioned "send passports ONLY through a commercial courier". No option for VFS.

Haha, I can understand the anxiety but trust me, checking Ecas too frequently will induce stress over time. I use to do that long ago but forced myself to stop it. Try keeping yourself busy with your daily life to divert attention
