Just the look of the comm looks like the communication that Warsaw has provided you is well thought through considering that they are requesting Passport from another location. But does visa issued from another VO valid incase you are traveling from India?

Hi GraceCan, Yes, the mail sent by WVO is indeed well thought out. I'm posting below some relevant text from the mail as it may help others who receive a similar email:

Please submit all passports and documents in one package, with a copy of this letter, within 30 days.

How to submit:
You may submit your passport(s) and documents by a commercial courier to the visa office in Warsaw at this address:
Embassy of Canada
Immigration Section
ul. Piekna 2/8
00-482Warsaw, Poland

Your visa will be delivered to you by a pre-paid commercial courier. We will advise you when your visa is ready so you can contact your courier with pick up instructions.

Many congratulations on your achievement/success here. Really happy for you and wish all who are waiting get their DM/PPR by next week. I would suggest you to fly New Delhi in person and get visa stamped on your passport. Sending your passport to WVO would be illegal. Hope it helps.

Humble Request. Pls refrain from giving suggestions/advices of which we are not sure of. If in his PPR mail it is mentioned that the passport needs to be sent to warsaw, how come he can travel to delhi. Other members (with current address outside india) have posted getting requests to submit passport to warsaw and they have successfully had their visas stamped.

I am in New Delhi itself.Can you please eloborate what you mean?As in I am waiting for my DM & PPR and once it recieve it , I can go directly to the NDVO to submit my passport and get it stamped on the same day, is it so?

Hi

Until and unless you have been specifically asked to come in person to submit passport for visa stamping (as has been the case for nepalese applicants because of temporary shutdown of VFS centre there due to earthquake), you can't submit the passport in person. You have to either send it through VFS or directly courier.

Yes You are right Gurpreet.. pppl are getting their visa back by sending passport directly to Warsaw embassy. Also one person has advised except embassy only its illegal to send passport out of country.

Just to give one correct update, my own younger brother who used to stay at Toronto for studies got his PR 3.5 yrs back and he couriered his pport to NDVO from Toronto, and it got delvd at my India address ( address updated on application) to my parents. and they carried the passports back to Toronto. There was no issue with that. Though we were bit worried about this procedure.

Hi Gurpreet & Saurabh, Agree with you. We have to follow the VO PPR email instructions on where to send our passports.

Casey...did you already discussed with courier company for picking up the courier back from warsaw.. how much they would charge for this.. pls kindly let me know, also where passport would come back.. at your current home address on ecas right ?

Yes, I had spoken to a friend of mine who has a corporate account with DHL. He will be arranging my passport pickup after WVO sends me the email. DHL said the charges vary but I will let you know the charges soon.
Yes, WVO will send the passports back to current address as on Ecas.

Mention not Saurabh. My third line was updated exactly a week after medicals done date - 22-04-2015.
3 weeks since your TLU is still ok. Your DM should be around the corner, just keep an eye on your Ecas & Email too (Checking twice a week should be ok) , You never know, it can be direct PPR!

my second line got updated on 28th may, dec 15 applicant, wondering how much time it will take for MR to come, as i need to decide on paying the fees for my sons admission and it gose one shot of Rs 1 lac for a annum, really confused what to do.
