This means that you have cleared the medical and your results are ok now decision will be made in a few day's time and then 4th line will be updated.
I would advice you to resign only after you get your Visa in your hand.

As per the timelines mentioned in this discussion, following is the observation for AOR

PER Date AOR Date
1 march 11 april
3 march 14 april
6 march 15 april
8 march 15 april
9 march 9 may
10 march 9 may

people who have received PER after 10th march , no one has got AOR... so we have to wait for more time to receive AOR...

If any update are there to the above list you may please add.. It will help us to analyse .

I got it around 3 hours back.

It may be because your visa has to be stamped at NDVO and not at WVO.. hence from WVO point of view they have finished their process and decision made..

Makes sense. So all DM to ppr applicants would be queued up for Ppr in Ndvo I guess.

Worst part is NDVO is already flooded with work and many of my friends who have applied in june-july have still not recieved request for PPR.

My docs (RPRF receipt, PCC, Passport copies, medical receipts) got delivered to WVO today.

For forumites looking for a speedy courier, this might help:

I used DHL and my shipment was picked up on 18-May at 5:00 PM (IST) from Delhi. It was delivered on 20-May at 09:06 AM (Warsaw time). So it took less than 2 days. I also received a signed proof of delivery by "zielinski". I paid Rs. 2465 for this service.
