I m oct 2014 applicant.In dec 2014 I blessed wid a baby girl.
So In early March i.e. On 3 rd ,After getting AOR IN FEB ..I sent all d documents
Including fee 150 $ cad , baby passport and birth certificate etc to warsaw
Poland...also I sent soft copies at their email address..wid covering letter,
But till date .. I checked from d bank,,no dd is encash and also dey haven't reply
Any of mail...
I m little tensed now...as why dey havnt encash d draft yet!!plZz

I included my newborn daughter's details once after my file was moved to Warsaw from Delhi on feb 23. Today I got MR email. Waiting for the forms. Will inform whether my daughter's forms are also sent to me.

Hi Friends,
Those who received MR email along with RPRF.

This is the last time we can send DD for the payment of Right of Permanent Resident fee. From Jan 2015, in Express Entry, it must be done online payment.

Those who plan to draw a DD, kindly note that a DD to Warsaw must be drawn in CAD not in any other currency. On the name of RECEIVER GENERAL FOR CANADA and it must be drawn from a Canadian bank.

My SLU was updated as of 8th April 2014, but still not received MR ( similar to fairu's case). I have few career breaks and at the time of my application I was unemployed, do you think this could be one of the reasons for the delay or possibility for rejection. Please advise .

Hi Seniors,

1. Pls advise as to which courier address we should send RPRF DD, e-medical receipts and copies of all pages of passports?

2. Also in which email address can we send e-medical receipts and copies of all pages of passports?

This is just for confirmation of all who are waiting to send docs via courier and email. Seniors who have already done these things and received by WVO pls guide us here. It will be of help to everyone. Thank you.

3. Also, can my and my dependant's RPRF be paid online by someone else? If yes, then whether he should mention his email address or my email address?

My understanding and what I intend to do is send all these documents in hard copies. [Originals and xerox copies], because CIC would need the PCC in originals anyways. So while sending it there is no harm sending the other docs too in hard copies rather than scanned copies, as the courier packet would not exceed the min 0.5 Kgs anyways. I use DHL. [Having said that , note that the additional document request email DOES NOT state anywhere that you should send the RPRF/Medical receipts/RPRF receipt ONLY by courier]

Once every other document is ready , we can send the same by courier, which should complete the process and all we need to wait for is for the PPR.

I will be sending the following in originals/xerox copies:

Cover Letter
Document request email from WVO (This is the MR)
Medical request email + IME PDF (This would have come separately on the same day of your MR)
Passport xerox copy (All 36 pages)
ORIGINAL PCC(s)
ORIGINAL MEDICAL RECEIPT (This would be given to you on the day of the medical test from the hospital)
RPRF Fee Receipt

If you have got ur MR, you would have noticed that ALL passport pages are required to be sent by Courier/Mail/Email. So do send it by email too the moment you receive that email ( I'm referring only to the scanned passport pages here).

The address I would send the packet by courier would be:

No i dont think so. It has anything to do with ur career breaks as far as u scored 67 points, It is simply their way of working,it might delay but it cn never lead to rejection. There are too many people who were unemployed at the time of applying. I have seen sum cases in which they have taken time to process. So relax n pray for speedy MR.
