Dear Forum mates,

I have a query. I am currently in Dubai and waiting for medicals. If I go and do my meds in India and come back and God forbid they ask me to do further tests for some reasons, is it possible to do the further tests in Dubai?

Why should there be any problem?
Its absolutely OK, as long as you consult the approved doctors list available for India & Dubai.

Medicals test are much cheaper in India then in Middle East, if possible do your Meds in India from approved doctors list.

You can pay by DD or online. Credit card payment is Yes. https://eservices.cic.gc.ca/epay/order.do?category=8

make sure you have printer or a pdf printer to save the receipt of payment. You need to send the printout to WVO.

490 CAD per person is for 18 plus only. So for kids 4 months and 7 yrs its Zero.

I tried checking Online to pay the fees. Its quite simple and looks easy to pay the fees.

I have only one concern, During the Payment procedure, the website didn't ask for my UCI no. or any other identity. its just asks for how many applicants, and then theres a button to PAY.

does anybody here used this on-line method of paying fees? and can share exactly how CIC will link my account with the payment receipt.

I filed my application in dec got my PER on 10th of march but haven't received AOR mail yet. Called up CIC they said me thatmy file has been transferred to WARSAW VO on 20th march but still no reply from their side.

I need to update my employment changes... can anybody guide me what is the process for that... which documents should i sendand to which address...

Pls guide...

Folks,

Remember passport copies of ALL pages (Scanned/Email or by Post) literally means ALL pages. Even blank pages are required. So the total should be 36 pages ! This might sound silly, am sure it might help some here

This would be mentioned in the MR/RPRF/PCC email which you receive.

Im not considering myself as an expert yet !

What I would send are:

1.Payment receipt of the RPRF (by following the guidelines in the CIC portal while making the payment)
2.A printout of the email received by WVO ( the MR/RPRF/PCC request email)
3.Acknowledgement issued by the doctor during your medical examination -Medical receipt
4.Photocopy of Current Passports [All pages - Remember we would have sent a scanned copy of all pages by this time anyways].
5.Original PCC from India + PCC from countries where we have resided for 6 months+
6.A cover letter signed by you [Optional- makes it more professional, as I said before these are the things I would send].

Did any November applicants with NOC - 2172 receive SL or MR request?
Please let me know. I am waiting for SL/MR
I received Appl on Nov'14, PER on 2nd Feb, AOR on 25th Feb.

Dear Friends and Seniors,

I sent Nepalese PCC of myself and my wife along with my wife's PCC from another country where she studied before while filing application during Sept 2014. If WVO asks for fresh PCC of myself and my wife in MR email, then does it mean that we should get her foreign PCC too again or is it only fresh Nepalese PCC (She hasn't visited that country again after we filed the application to CIC)??

I am yet to get MR email but still want to get prepared for the above issue to resolve in time.

Again got my case transferred letter on 9/4/2015

How much more time will be required to get the case matured. Also I am new so can't understand your abbreviations like RPRF, NOC, WVO, PER, SLU etc..... help me getting use to them...
