Hi,

I received the AOR from NDVO on 5th March , and I need to add my new born daughter to file . Delhi Office gave me the list of documents, when I was about to send the documents , i got the mail that my application has been transferred to Warsaw . Cn someone please tell the CIC address of Warsaw office .

Also,

1) Will the documents remain same of Warsaw will ask different documents ?
2) CIC address of Warsaw office ?
3) DD i made in favor of "receiver general of canada" , bank of monterial by ICICI ... will that suffice ?
4) Do I need to intemate again to Warsaw about the new born?

If will be of great help if someone can provide this info ..

do you know your UCI number?
You can check your actual e-mail ID via E-cas and see if they've made amendments.

How to check email ID via ecas??? Throw some light....

I am Sept 2014 applicant and waiting for MR. I am planning to visit Australia for few weeks to meet my brother.

1. Do I need to inform WVO about this trip?
2. In case, my visa get rejected, what impact will it have on my FSW application.
3. Any Sept applicant received MR with file at WVO?

I think somebody named Goku responded to your post in the main thread. As far as I remember he posted that you don't need to inform VO and it will have no effect.

Does any1 know if visa office will ask for PCC again even if PCC sent with the application? My PCC was over 3 months old at the time of submission of my Application.

Hi guys.....need your insight.

I left my company on 3rd of Nov 2014 and got my resignation acceptance letter on the last day. However, my HR told me that I will get my experience letter after 60 business day from my last working day i.e,. 3rd of Nov. I sent my FSW file on 9th of Dec 2014 and at that time I only had my Resignation Acceptance Letter , so I sent it with my app. However, in the month of January, I received my experience letter through mail (courier). I need your valuable insight whether I have to sent relieving letter to the visa office or should I wait for the visa office instruction, or wil the resignation letter will suffice. Do reply. Your insights will be highly appreciated. My timeline is on left.

And attach your communication with ndvo for reference to wvo... Send them docs directly it shall be good enough....

Does it contains job duties? If not , no point in sending it. If it contains job duties as per NOC list send it to VO to make your file better in terms of support docs...

No bhai it doesn't contain any job duties......jus my tenure...

Ya brother , i remember u nd even can feel your state of mind as i am so stressed for delay in AOR
And u r waiting even long before me? Can we assume that we will directly get the second line update or AOR is must each case....??? Plz do update me if u get any update. May God help us both
[/quote. brother let me tell that how can u say that ur file has transferred to other vo rather then ndvo. had u call CIC helpline no to get the file status .. I did so in my case.

Yes i called cic they said my file was sent to warsaw on 25 feb

I told cic agent that I hasn't received AOR from Warsaw then she asked me to contact Warsaw vo regarding it, so I request u to mail Warsaw vo and write about it.. I have consultant and I told them to do so .

I received my PPR from Warsaw VO today. Even without a DM in eCAS. Many DM's and PPR's this week!

My timeline is as follows:
15.06.2014 - IELTS 7.5 / 8.0 / 7.5 / 7.5
21.07.14 - CIO
05.11.14 - Fee
15.11.14 - PER
01.12.14 - AOR
15.01.15 - 2nd line in eCAS
12.02.15 - MR, RPRF
20.02.15 - Meds passed, docs sent
25.02.15 - Med.results have been received, 3rd line in eCAS
26.03.15 - Request for Submission of Passports!
