u can call cic and check with them...if the correct and nice customer care executive picks the call, then he / she can advised you the correct thing..infact the exact thing...u can call them today.....

You have already done Medical so your file is still at NDVO only. Is the third line updated in ECAS? Which reads Your medical has been received.
If not its case of missing docs, docs not reaching them or update issue. Raise an CSE straight away for this and in parallel to check through GCMS notes, why you don't have any progress after medical? Meds not received or security check started/stuck somewhere or anything else?
