I received Passport request yesterday afternoon i.e 12th Aug 2015 1.00 PM IST. I didn't get "Fourth line update" or "Decision made" yet.

My timelines are

Application received : 19 Dec 2014
PER Received : 8th Mar 2015
AOR : 15th Apr 2015 (File transferred to Warsaw from New Delhi)
Second line update : 15th Mar 2015
Medicals request : 27th May 2015
Third line update : 13th June 2015
Fourth line update : ---------
Passport Request : 12th Aug 2015.

Thanks a lot! Yes you are right.. that could happen! I did my medicals at Mumbai Lilavati Hospital and here people are't that cordial to converse.. When I inquired about the e medicals uploading date, they asked "why would you want to know that?" Anyways I am now following up with them and lets hope they did everything right..

DONT WAIT!! I had the same problem. When i got to the root of this...i got to know that there is some defect in the uploading of my files at the Hospital. They misplaced my X Rays or something.

I followed up with the hospital like hell...and finally...i got the reports got uploaded by them. 3 Days later, it reflected in my ECAS.
Some ignorant chaps will pay the price for the misdeeds of these morons. Its always better to follow up and get the date of upload of the Medicals to CIC.

Good morning to everyone and congratulation to all the new DM and PPR status updates.. Happy to see progress for at least some individuals

I have another predicament that I would like to bother you guys with.. My and my spouse's medicals were completed on 30th July and till now there is no "Medical received" status.. So basically two weeks have surpassed now. Has anyone out there faced a similar situation? For most cases I have see it takes not more than 10 -12 days for the Third line update. While I am not sure what I can do here, but if there is anyone who is facing the same situation or have faced it earlier it would be good to know. I have already called the hospital twice and they said nothing is pending from their end. They had asked for second urine sample for my spouse on the day of the medical which we had given. Furthermore the hospital administration had also confirmed that in case any further tests are required we would be duly contacted by their staff. Now, neither the hospital, nor CIC has contacted us for further tests as well..

Should i be worried here? Any ideas, suggestions, affirmations are welcome

I too have the same situation i also finished my medicals on 30 july. But for my spouse we have got a pregnancy deferral letter. But no other information we have received from cic. I have mailed them all the details also. So should i call the hospital to ask about whether they have uploaded my documents at least.
Please advise

Yes i think you should, I just confirmed from my hospital again and they said that they uploaded the results on 5th Aug. So it took them 5 additional days to upload after medicals. But by that time line too, my TLU is delayed..

Thanks for the reply. I will call the hospital and ask them about it. But i think our processing will be delayed as my spouse is remaining the x-ray in her medicals.

How much time does New Delhi take in total to send back our passports...
with visa stamped do they send us anything else like a document or something ....

When enquired about the status update, I got reply that it is under process. Does anyone have further details?
