FSWP2014 Applicants from India with files transferred to Warsaw visa office.

Hi,
I was in a similar situation as yours.

Application received by Nova Scotia on 28th Nov'14
Medical request received on 13th May'15
Medical done on 28th May'15
Medical sent on 30th May'15
TLU updated on 3rd June'15
Submitted name change proof in Indian Gazette on 15th June'15.

Since then waiting . They asked me PCC in maiden name, but my wise's passport is in new name and she also had UK visa in 2010-12 and travelled with me during that time with the current name.
Now as you know passport office does not issue PCC in maiden name before marriage, so I went to Dy. Police Commissioners Office and also they refused to issue PCC in maiden name before marriage as there is no rule in Indian constitution to issue PCC in previous maiden name. So I arranged PCC in current name from Police Commissioners Office and submited with RPRF receipt and documents of my niece in Canada.

Could you share with me how shall they take my case and what should be my next course of action.

what i did is I took the copy of the already submitted PCC and asked them to include my wifes maiden name in it.

in this format,


The sentence in old PCC in my case was

There is no adverse information in respect of Mrs. Laxmi Rao w/o Balwant Rao, d/o Sachinanda Reddy residing in address Palanpur, Nagaoabad, UP, pin code and holder of passport no.xxxxxxx, dated mm/dd/yyyy and valid upto mm/dd/yyyy issued at Mumbai during her stay period in Mumbai from oct 2007 till now as per records.


in new PCC the sentence is

There is no adverse information in respect of Mrs. Laxmi Rao w/o Balwant Rao, d/o Sachinanda Reddy and her maiden name was Laxmi Reddy residing in address Palanpur, Nagaoabad, UP, pin code and holder of passport no.xxxxxxx, dated mm/dd/yyyy and valid upto mm/dd/yyyy issued at Mumbai during her stay period in Mumbai from oct 2007 till now as per records.

the comm. odfice was bit reluctant but ultimately my constant effort and humble , hand folded request , made them issue fresh PCC with maiden name after one month.

moreover in your mr request mail, on the subject line two letters must be there, can you say those two letters, it is a common view among forumites that

those two letters are visa officers name.


since we both got this maiden name pcc request it will be interesting if the last two letters matches for both of us

we are in the same boat my medical was done on 22-5-15 but no interview yet no dm does every case gets interview, do they inform prior regarding date of interview etc, do they take it on phone? what does TLU mean

Not everyone is asked to appear for an Interview.

They inform you about the date and time for the interview and it is done in person.

TLU means Third Line Update.

We are eagerly waiting for our MR but it it just not coming. Timeline is as under:

PER: 12-02-15
AOR: 18-03-15
SLU: 04-05-15

We have not got any Phone verification either.
Is someone else with same problem ? Can we contact Warsaw office somehow regarding status ? The CIC people don't answer anything.

Just raise a CSE and I think there is a change of contact details form

Request them to send you all the communication via email.

I assume that the email address provided by you must be incorrect and when the mail bounces, they send the request via snail mail.

However, kindly forward all the documents via Courier

My application in FSW2014 category was submitted in New Delhi office on Nov 4, 2014. AOL was received in Jan 2015, later i got and update that my application is transferred to Warsaw in April 2015 and WVO started processing my application on 14th April and requested Medicals.

My medicals were received by Visa Office on 24th April 2015 along with PCC from India and USA. I am still waiting for further updates since then. Please keep me posted with your experience with WVO and help me with Info(if you have) when i can expect my Passport request.

Please advice me on the below scenario.

I am waiting for my DM/ PPR. My wife name is changed after marriage. When I got my medical request & RPRf email they asked only for

In order for us to continue the processing of your application, we require the following:
- POLICE CERTIFICATE FROM India for yourself and your spouse.

- Police Certificate from England for yourself and your spouse.

So i got a PCC from India and UK for my wife on her current name and send it to Warsaw . Please advice should I also get one on her maiden (old) name too. Will that be a reason for delay? So confused and stressed. Its been more than 70 days after TLU.

Is there a way to check with Warsaw on my current status?

Hello,

Firstly you need to consider the date when all your docs reached WVO. Also it seems applications with overseas stays (6 months or more) are the ones majorly delayed (reason unknown)

Raising a CSE or obtaining GCMS wont give you a clear picture. In case of CIC, no news is good news.
