FSWP2014 Applicants from India with files transferred to Warsaw visa office.

I applied via a consultant.. But no regrets as I feel he was up to the mark of our expectations.. Yeah he charged us 3000 $,which is bit higher than others..

Hi smiling pari.. I am 23rd may SLU still waiting for MR. I got a reply to my cse that my file file has been reviewd and pending further verifications. I guess we have to wait a lil longer. What's ur NOC?

Friends: i am in real trouble here. Can anybody please suggest me how to get either of below done?

1. Urgent Visa stamping in Delhi office? i have one week before i fly to Australia
2. How to get my file transferred to Australia so that i can get it stamped there.

Please guide. not able to enjoy the PPR/DM

Go to NDVO in person with all required docs.
Explain the urgency and get it stamped the same day.

3000$ is alright if the consultant had a license.
Most of the cheaper run of mill consultants do not have required license.
people using them for representation risk getting caught and banned.

I got DM yesterday 17 th July 2015. We will be submitting our passports for stamping in the coming week.

Generally , the canadian attorneys like Cohen / Colin Singer etc charge around 2500$ upwards but since they are attorneys and can represent your case in the court as well , that amount is worth it.

Exactly. Why I stressed on license part is that there have been instances of applications getting rejected.
In fact even under FSW2014, some 60 odd applications from Bangladesh were thrown out just for this reason.
