I AM AOct applicant with my application sent to Warsaw..
Just a quick question, last week My husband(he is my Dependant) updated or re issued his passport, so should i update the NDVO or Warsaw coz its been transferred there?

It is better to inform through Case Specific Inquiry to Warsaw, If you had received AOR from there. If you send earlier, it will delay but avoid confusion as during Medicals the hospital may refer your passports. Waiting for more experienced replies.

I have received AOR from Warsaw Visa Office and thinking of Up-Front Medical Exam
Because we are planning for baby and not sure how time will take for Warsaw VO to initiate Medical Request.

Noticed that Warsaw VO is slow in processing MR and My wife can’t take Medical Tests if she is pregent in by that time.

Please suggest.

Hi,
As far as I am aware, you can inform VO through Case Specific Inquiry or a direct email about your up-front medicals. There are procedures given by CIO to the medical personal to conduct medicals for the pregnant candidates. When is the Expected Delivery Date?

This certainly enlightens our hopes for MR. As per your timeline, your MR came in 45 days of AOR which is fairly quick. Let's hope WVO continues the trend with all of our applications ;D

As of date, not enough data is available to make a trend of how fast WVO works. However 1 forumite reported MR email in 45 days (you can go through the previous pages in this forum)

Hi

Medical request is initiated by CIC. It comes with specific forms from them. You will need UCI for your wife as well to go for medical. Dependants gets UCI at the time of medical (only when they don't have one).

In short you cant initiate a "correct" upfront medical without instruction from them. If you are in a hurry you can ask them using email or case specific query.

Note: The general opinion is " they don't entertain such request for early processing". They in general says we will give you the notice based on our processing and you can seek extension of time line with valid reasons if required.

I am waiting for AOR though my file has transferred to Warsaw as per CIC call center agent in jan.-15. What to do ? Do Warsaw go send AOR to all applicants ? I m confused. It has been two months since I got PER and yet to get any update .
