I dont think all the files are being transfered, They are transferring certain files of certain NOC like 0121 . Really cant make out what the criteria is.
But my analysis of the forum posts earlier, shows that the files which are more complete in all respect and which are straight forward are being transfered to WVO..
Warsaw will depend on third parties/agents for verification( Back Ground Checks) of employment and Bank accounts etc..
since you have got your PER in Feb, if your file is transfered to WVO you will soon get a AOR. If its NDVO no AOR but MR or Interview. Wish you Good Luck.

Hi All,

Yesterday i received AOR from Warsaw,I need to raise a case specific query, Now i am in big Dilemma Undecided.

In year 2012 my company have applied for US business visa and i have was refused by US consulate for 2 times. I forgot to mention this background declaration form. Now i am planning to inform this by case specific query. At the time of refusal VO officer returned by passport,I don`t have rejected stamp on my passport. But my consultant advised if we raise CSQ it will delay my process, Is that true.

2) My wife is 6months Pregnant and we are expecting baby in month of June end or July first week. Shall i inform VO along with above case specific query or do i need to wait till baby is born.

Please advise guys..

AOR ( WARSAW POLAND) :- 10 Feburary 2015

Rest all is awaiting .... Nice to hear above that they are transferring completed files to Warsaw with NOC code 0121 .... Hope this news is correct & Perfect ... Lets waits for the Next Step being just 1 line had appeared Yet .... We received ur file dated 20-October-2014 .... Nothing More have seen Yet .....

1. I also forgot to mention my spouse's tourist visa rejection. I raised CSE and submitted updated background form. Shall advise you to do the same as it will definitely come up during background checks. You wouldn't want to be having a misrepresentation in your application which could jeopardize your case. As far as delay , I believe if u act now you would give sufficient time and correct information for case officer to process your application in a timely manner. On the contrary not disclosing has a high chance of delaying the process.
2. I think at some stage you would have to inform the VO. Why not right away.

For the first one its fine.

For expecting baby its not going to help.

You don't have a change in family composition as of today. You don't have details for your bundle of Joy so wait for it. And even if you inform today its going to be same later on. Informing today is not going to avoid the additional time taken after the birth.

AOR has nothing to do with NOC... if your files are moving to WVO you will get AOR if at NDVO no AOR direct MR/Second line update.

Even WVO sends AOR in bulk so it will be 10-15 guys getting it in a day....
