My PER 25Feb2015,NOC2172, and visa office is warsaw.
1)when can i expect AOR,MR and Visa stamping?Apppx times only

I am an Oct 3 applicant. NOC 2172
I initially got a mail from CIO sydney on 13th Jan, saying my application was put into processing. Is this called PER?
Then my file was transferred to Warsaw VO on 24th feb, but I only have the first line update in ECAS. Just wondering what is the process after this? Would there be a second line update or directly MR?

Surprised to see the PER to MR treands of Warsaw Vo in2013 fsw spreadsheet... MR comes after PER in appx. 250-300 days that means 8-10 months..

Acc to my observation all the files which hv been transferred to warsaw are mostly sep,oct nov n dec files. I s done to speed up the process,as the no of warsaw applicnts are lesser in number so we dont hv much information. So its uncertainty which is driving us insane.Normal processing period is 9 months. Lets not take all the previous data too seriously ,like if it took 250 days from per to MR in 2013 ,so thats hw its going to be in 2015 also.So i think we all should try to stay calm as it has not yet exceeded the time.lets calm our nerves n stay positive n motivate each other.

Yes...you are right. Let's see how things goes. To know the pace of Warsaw office, I think we need to wait one month more to get a clear picture.....However, praying hard for speedy process.

Not many MR's from Warsaw VO. Why are they working so slow? Do they have very limited human resource or is it the way that WVO works this much slow?
What is the last AOR date that received MR? And when can we expect our MR?

Nov Applications can expect MR by End of May or June , Oct applications are still waiting for AOR and MR.

You can freely forward both issues in 1 CSE

1. At one stage (as a rule during MR) they ask for PPR1 (copy of all current pass pages). If I were at your place I would both inform about my pass change by CSE and when submitting PPR1 would either attach a Cover Letter stating why you updated your pass and/or attach a print of CSE correspondence.

2.If your new employer can issue you a reference letter describing your JD and stamp it, then you can inform the VO. If not - may be you better wait for some time. If anyone has got such experience please advise.

Will raise a CSE about my passport renewal ASAP. About my job i'm a little concerned as its a new job i can't ask my employers for the letter & with no website of the company as of now don't want to take a chance.
I'm thinking i should wait another month to raise a CSE about my job when everything is in place. Do you think Warsaw office will create an issue later on when they find out that I informed late. CONFUSED..
With your experience what do you think I should do?
