FSWP2014 Applicants from India with files transferred to Warsaw visa office.

Hi All,

posting after long time

i was asked to submit latest relationship document that prove my sister still stying in canada. i had submitted house rent agreement letter dated 1st march 2014 with inital app and my app date was 24 sep. so document seems to be older than 6 months.

i sent additional documents on 7th may and delivered on 11th may and i got SLU on 14th stating processing started on 11th May
my timeline:
App date: 24 SEP
CC Date: 11 DEC
PER Date: 08 JAN
AOR Dare: 02 FEB
Add doc request: 24 APR
Add doc sent : 07 MAY
Add doc recieved: 11 MAY
2nd line update: 14 MAY
processing started: 11 MAY

waiting for MR now.

Hi,
I am new to this forum. Like many here I have applied for PR under federal skilled workers for Canada. Today i was checking my online status and it says :
1. we received your application for permanent residence on Oct 22, 2014.
2. We started processing your application on April 20, 2015.

Where as i received my Application number and UCI code on 22nd Jan, 2015.
So I don't get where i stand right now. I was informed that after application number (i.e. 22 jan, 2015) i will receive request for medical in three months ( if everything went fine) i.e by 22 April 2015 but online status says that they started checking my file on 20 April, 2015.

What does that excatly mean ?

What i don't understand all short words like AOR, NOC, Vo, WVO, etc. Also PER...

Now wait for MR Starts.....

My time line is on the Left......

NOC -is ur job having experience in..i mean u applied in some category..
PER-its the positive eligibility review from cic..that means they found you eligible and assigned UCI nmbr
AOR-is the file transfer email..that u gets after this(not NDVO)
VO-is visa office yaar
WVO-warsaw visa office..
and now ur file is in real processing..u wait for noe MR i.e medical request
by the way u applied undr kedi NOC? and who is ur consultant man

Done my meds on 9th May and the meds were uploaded on 11th. Paid the fee online and send the documents by mail and by courier. Now waiting for the next step of DM and PPR.

Please advise on the process sending passport copies, rprf receipt and medical report tracking letter through the email to warsaw VO. I am finding this very confusing, please need your advise on the process of sending these docs through email.

I kept it very simple.
I paid through cc. Printed the receipt along with other documents and the medical receipts I simply couriered them to WVO.
I didn't even try and send it through email.
My suggestion is to send them all the hard copies.

How can you say that your medicals got uploaded? Did you get this information from the hospital or is there any other way to find out?
Please let me know, because i too got done my medicals recently and the hospital said that they uploaded the reports.

I applied through CANASIA (head office Chandigarh)
I checked with CANASIA and they said there is no status for file transfer.

If possible share courier company & transit time as i am having 7 days only as per 30 days timeline.

It's no harm sending it via email since the VO accepts these too. Besides its much faster than sending in via courier. You should send the RPRF, Medical Receipts and Passports besides other documents that they have requested.

My agent is CANASIA (head office Chandigarh)
My agent told me that they don't have and file transfer email
If my file is transferred or not doesn't matter because it is already been processed.
Can any any body please assist me in knowing that what time will it take in totally for Medicals ?

Hi guru1984,

You can send the email to the ID which is mentioned in the additional documents request email i.e. warsaw - im - enquiry @ international . gc . ca

The mailing address is the Poland embassy address which also must be mentioned in the same email (at the end)

You can use DHL, i inquired from them and they can deliver in 3-4 working days! Charges are approx INR 3000.
