Hello Chiragkdave.. yes mine is the case where i worked in 2 countries and various companies.. my SLU happened on 7th April but still am awiaintg for MR email... may be this is the reason it is getting delayed to get MR because ppl 2 weeks later my SLU have got their MR's. but am still awaiting.. pls keep in touch and let us know once you get update..

I am new to this forum my time line is as below
Applied-14-10-2014
NOC-2243
VO-Warsaw
Nominated-16-01-2015
AOR-24-02-2015
MR-17-04-2015

I Have following confusion
1) Do I need to scan all the pages of the passport and send because my passport booklet is 60 pages and I have never travelled abroad so all are blank and same is the case with my wife and daughter's passport
2) I am done with my medicals(center had e-medicals facility and they told they will send the report directly) so do I need to send the medical receipt which they gave me through courier? If yes then which address?
3) I have got the police verification certificates for me and my wife and my daughter is 1 year and 8 months old so I assume no police verification is required for her.
4) Can I scan the police verification certificates and e-medical receipts and send it through email or is it mandatory to send hard copies? If yes which address ?
5) Only medicals are needed to be done in 30 days or even police verification certificates and Right of Permanent Residence Fee should be done in 30 days time ?

When requested to need to send all the 60 pages of documents. You must take photocopy of each page on full page and send it by courier to VO.

daughter PCC is not required

You must submit original PCC not photocopy, only original accepted

You must submit the required documents with in the advised date, however you can write to Visa office your required extention to submit documents for example PCC.

Yes Nov applicants have got their MRs and TLU as well.

My timeline is on left I havent yet received the SLU or any MR request.

My question is : Should i get the PCC done for me and my wife niw in irder to save time ( i have two minor kids ) as it takes quite some time to get the PCC done here in India. Also , how long the validity should be of PCC as accepted by CIC.

Its long wait buddy and u are expecting sl/mr so soon as already October/ November applicants are pending.
pcc is valid for 6 months from date of issue i advise you to wait till wvo request you for the same.

Hi...I have quite similar timelines to yours and I too have not got my SLU...it will take some time bro

I had sent PCC along with my application...nowadays PCC is very easy to get and the process is very fast...no hassle of Police coming to your home...you can get it from the passport office directly...

Since you didnt send it along with your application, I think you should wait till your VO requests you for it

I need information on the below points
1) My spouse stayed in US for period of 1year, We have applied for PCC from FBI on FEB 23rd 2015. But still no response from FBI. Is therea way to contact or track our application
2) We received our PCC from India Passport office, If the FBI is not responding can we ignore PCC from US for my SPouse.

If anyone have information on this please share.
