FSWP2014 Applicants from India with files transferred to Warsaw visa office.

Hi,
What is the best option for getting PCC in India, went to commissioner office, and they are telling it will take around 1 month.also tried on PASSPORT website, but unbale to book slot . Meanwhile VISA office need all docs in 30 days.
Please help

Its better to go through Passport Seva Kendra. I got PCC within 1 week. If address verification of your passport is already done then they will issue PCC on the spot.

I HEARD THAT ALL THE VO'S SHLD CLEAR THEIR FILES B4 MONTH OF DEC..

so by god's grace ..we wil land by dis year end..

Its really difficult to get one without at-least one valid address proof doc of any address.

Try getting it at passport address or old address.

You may have to contact local police station and present your self for verification at police station itself. Physical verification at the address is not so common but you should not take chances.

Learnings ----- I did not know that I had to fill in the details in the ereceipt with pen. I left it blank but I sent a covering letter with all my details ---- DOB, UCI num, App num, Ereceipt number along with my contact details. I also added a 'list of enclosed documents' sheet. I think these two helped.

Also I did not mention my UCI number on the courier cover. But it all worked out.

I am super ecstatic ;D

what happens if i miss MR email? The timelines for MR completion are 30 days.

Is there anyway that we come to know whether MR is sent to us or not?

There is no such way to recover the email if you have deleted it by mistake... Did you check your thrash folder?? You might get it if you have not deleted it fully... If still you don't get it, you have to raise CSE and explain the situation to them and to request them to send an email again.

I don't know. Maybe because we are a family of four and they wanted to make sure that I had enough through out my application process.....it's just my guess.
