FSWP2014 Applicants from India with files transferred to Warsaw visa office.

Hello Friends

Thank you so much for your help so far.

I have received AOR mail stating that my file has been transferred to Warsaw VO and I should update them about any new information.

I have recently got married and need to add my spouse in the application.

Could you please guide me about the process?
Could you share the link from where I can download the forms for his application? I tried to search but only online application form is available under Express Entry and no other form could be found for FSW.
Could you please let me know which forms we need to fill for my spouse?

I have seen people here who have filed application in November and have received MR, however, I am still awaiting second line update. While I am happy for everyone who is progressing further with their applications, I am just wondering how do VOs work? There has to be a logic and an order to how they proceed with applications.

I would like to raise a CSE to WVO. Can someone help me with the content, subject line and email id. I will be thankful.

From what I see and understand the MR dates are so unpredictable as there are so many factors governing it Eg: NOC, VO, AOR date, V Officer etc. You can certainly raise a CSE if the threshold timelines have exceeded (which is available on the CSE page for the resp VO). It is always VO Warsaw till the end. NDVO just prints Visa after taking your passports. Congrats and thanks for the info !

Have recd two separate emails (spouse/myself) - with two pdf documents (IMM1017) which has our details filled in. Need to take that to the DMP as per the instructions. I checked with a DMP for an appointment next week. It costs Rs 4100 per person. They have eMedicals too.

The only thing which is not clear in the email I received is - Where to send the original PCC ? To Warsaw or NDVO? That is not mentioned in the email.Pls share your experience if you have already sent the same.

I have already posted that I received MR/RPRF/Copies of All PAGES of passoprt on 14 April

1. I'm paying by demand draft from Nepal, Can you tell me the name of beneficiary's? Is this "Receiver General for Canada" Payable at........?????

2. Should the copies of all pages of passport be notarized or just normal copy of pages without notarized?

3. Should they be sent to the Warsaw visa office address given at the end of email?
