Do not complete forms yet since new application package will be introduced soon anytime between 4 may ......Thanks

It is up to you. I have been in USA for last few years, and for all my birth proofs, I needed original birth certificates. An equivalent document doesn't work here. I guess, Canada would follow the same rule.

Bro, why do you want to take a risk? Go get the birth certificate. You still have a couple of weeks time, if not more. You don't want to get your application screwed up because of this issue, do you?

Ask any agency who is doing business in Canada.

I have hired Abhinav consultant for immigration...Consultant told me that 10th mark sheet would be sufficient and they have not seen any rejection in dis thing.....

Agreed. We are not trying to fill up the forms, just gather up all the supporting documents that we might need.

Quick Question:

I just checked the Checklist and under Education requirements, it still mentions that we need to submit copies of degrees and transcripts etc.etc....same old requirements....and has no mention of ECA doc to be submitted.....

I know this Checklist should be updated before May 4th, but do you guys think that we would still need to submit transcripts and college degree copies along with our application in addition to the ECA???

Honestly no idea, but I guess ECA certification should suffice.

Checklist along with other documents are not updated.

Hmm, just trying to figure out what we might need.

I am from India. Things move real, real slow there. That is why this thread is there, to help people start collecting "possibly required" documents.

hello fellows

Do I need to send my wife educational document to be enlistment ?

I have my original birth certificate with me (I am the Principal Applicant), but my wife does not have her Birth Certificate. What should I do? Will I need her Birth Certificate, or her ID Card, Matriculation Certificate or stuff would suffice?

Hmm, that's what I guessed. I will go on Monday as its weekend now :-(
