I just have a small doubt. Suppose we got PR and moved Canada and initially want to work from scratch just like in a Pizza Hut or McDonald's or probably thru reference got a professional job there so in both cases will the employer call our country's employers to make a BG check again inspite of having PR? Just curious to know.

1. Unlikely for a minimum job, professional maybe depending on the level, they probably will at least want to see reference letters.
