What preparations are you doing before it opens for new applicants?

gather all the necessary documents of course, take ielts (including spouse), and wait for the announcement of CIC on the designated org who will do the assessment.

can anyone confirm that is it compulsory for all NOC ???? and from where should i get my credentials assessed
