Yes but those were returned to Canadian addresses I guess. International deliveries through normal posts (snailmail) takes very long ! May be I am wrong and you get your package sooner, I pray!

i just want to confirm is their anyone from Chandigarh, India with Elementary teachers training as one of the qualification? if yes then what is the Canadian equivaleny of that course. Mine ETT was from State Institute of Education, Chd.

Hi Rubz,

You call them once again and tell them the details of Proof of Delivery from the courier. Hope this will help them find your application. Moreover, drop them an email as well with the same details and seek status.

Ali +1 for the update! My app was returned in second week of Mar as told by call centre. They confirmed cap reached. Best of luck to everyone still in the reckoning. My dream is over! Express Entry doesn't seem like a possibility due to labour market requirements & job offer considerations. I did spend a lot of time researching here & reading about preparing for life in Canada. A vain effort. Seems I wasted out six months in this process. Still, those of you who can make it, it's worth the effort!
